We all know that Don didn't drive up because of the heat...Your setting yourself up hear...You just said that if you want the animals come and get them. You also told Rick Tozer the same thing in an earlier Fauna dispute.

I do happen to know from checking into this myself, quite recently, that the airlines do in fact check for weather in every state the animal stops in before allowing an animal to go out. I checked not because of this thread but because in a couple of weeks an animal might be shipped back with me and I needed the info. Plus they only allow so many animals to be shipped on one plane at once.
That does not say, however, that conditions have not been right here.
I know about a baby, but business is business, and it is what helps feed and clothe that baby. Keeping in touch with your customers and customer satisfaction should be right up there. If you do not want to go through the hassle then don't sell. Pretty simple.

What dosen't add up is still the same thing.


You take $2000 from a customer, how they found you doesn't interest me, and you don't follow through with your deal.

You make excuses.


You say that Paul has been in control all the time with three different options, however he has to go through all these different sites to get things heard by others and a response from you.

If he was somebody who just didn't like you and was starting this thread just to start crap, you would have pointed that out first, not this other approach you've taken.

Your posts, and those that you haven't made, show you are full of crap and just trying to keep your name and business going.

You used your daughter as an excuse again.

You don't leave ANY child around animals that could potentially harm them, you take the child to the babysitter's home and then you take care of business. If you have to drive to a different airport then you do that, if you have drive half-way to meet the customer then you that, if you have to cut the customer a bank check and refund the $2000 then you do that.

What you don't do is come to the BOI and argue why it's all the customers fault for the reasons you have provided.

You haven't stated that you don't have Paul's $2000. = you have it.

You haven't said what you are going to do about it, only given excuses as to why you haven't finished this deal and put the blame on Paul for it not being completed.


I think it's YOU who needs to read the English used here.

Alright suggestion here, Michael the transaction with Paul went bad a long time ago. Get out now, refund him the money, don't wait or even give him the option to get the snakes. Refund the money, end the transaction.

As a suggestion in the future, before you make a sale to any customer explain the specifics of what is involved with the shipping. Way before you take any money. 90% of all the problems I've seen here involve taking money first then working out the details. Avoid this at all costs in the future. A customer should have a clear understanding of what to expect when he hands you money. From the sounds of it this is obviously not happening. Customer satisfaction (and good business) is obtained by setting precise expectations and then meeting or exceeding them no matter what the cost.

Michael you are not being entirely forthright here either. The flaw in the strategy of deception that you have chosen is that there is proof and verifiable evidence that will eventually surface. Even a little lie will make you look like a scam artist.

If you want to make this right, correct the lies and smudged details you've made, give Paul back his money, and set things right.

Yes Todd, it is doing no good to give names of people. I did in fact write to Mr. Clark. He said he does not post his complaints on the BOI. There you have it, at least one name you should keep out of here.

If one of the three options you are offering Paul is a refund of his $2000 for the two hets he has not yet received, I fail to see the problem here. After all, THAT is what he is looking for, is it not?!?!?

All of this back and forth, name dropping, and rehashing of who said what to whom, is irrelavent. Give the man a refund of his money, and this can all be done!

Of course, I would never do business with someone that actually has to be TOLD to do something so BASIC, but you're in that hot water regardless of which way you jump, now. All you can do is try to take care of this particular deal, and hope that future ones go more smoothly.

Does this mean everyone can send you money but you won't send them their snakes until your daughter is 18 years old? Do you know how to take care of business? My daughter is upstairs right now sleeping. The scanner is on so I can hear her if she cries or if she even moves. If not I'll see if he'll let me post an E-mail he sent me, apparently he took animals from Whitefeather's table to go towards a debt owed Bob, he also said this guy uses alias so Todd is looking a bit more credible.

I've noticed Whitefeather hasn't posted again despite being logged on.........

Sounds to me like you are trying to make us think you have squared things away with BOB CLARK.
but you see I do not believe people like you. I believe what my guts tell me. And my guts told me to get it from the horses mouth. So I wrote to Bob Clark.

Guys if you choose to take the refund, you should expect to get it by the year 2010. After all it is 2003 and he has owed Bob clark money since 1996.
So if he has owed someone as "big" as Bob Clark money for 8 years. What makes you think he will give "little" people like you a rapid refund?

This whole thread 100% set aside, I said it before and so has Ralph. Todd, stop repeating hearsay statements. If you can't get Al Baldoga or Bob Clark to post here, then there is no reason that anything they said should be posted or given any credibility when repeated by you. I could really care a less who is right or wrong. This missuse of information really makes me angry. What reason does Bob Clark have to not post here if what you guys have said is true? If you explain to Bob that it is in his best interest to post here, now that so many people have dragged him into this thread and have listed statements that he has allegedly made. maybe he will post here. If not, drop it. I also know Al Baldoga. He is a good guy. If he tells you he does not want to be involved respect his wishes and leave him out of it. What is so hard? hey ritchie maybe you should get your facts straight. in 1996 i was in prison. my last transaction with bob was 1995. right before i was locked up. i approached bob to square things up after i had completed my time. it was not bob coming to me. i had asked him a ball park figure on what was owed and he gave me one. i then sent him money as well as making arrangements on babies that were produced here. we were both pleased on the agreement and have carried on ever since. also if you do a track on todds refund you will see the tracking info states that it has been rescheduled for a monday delivery. but i assume that ups made up this info just for me. and todd i will give you until monday to verify your accusations on al baldogo and his statements or i will be taking you to civil court. and as far as my dealings with paul, he is a big boy he can contact me if he choses to end this endeavor. i will not play this he said she said bull#### any longer. and if you do not like the way i do business than so be it. i know that i do things right and dont take whats not mine. and if people want to judge me go ahead, its not the first and i am sure it will not be the last. i had two stepfathers that did that and i still moving forward with my life. so with all due respect i am finished posting on here as i feel no need to defend myself any longer. paul i gave you options you know my number do what you want. and dark grove i did not realize i had to log off when i shut the computer down so thanks for pointing that out. michael whitefeather
