Okay, so now that Sarah has posted the FB posts, I see the name I was hoping I could connect somehow.

Seems he's a breeder/vendor in Philly and FB friends with both Amanda and Melissa Reynold's (the OP) husband, Andrew Reynolds. Andrew Reynolds is FB friends with Amanda as well.
Jason/Jay Lamont also posted a Craigslist "warning" against Mike before the most recent one by Amanda's fiancé, Tim Barron. Coincidentally, Amanda and Tim evidently operated a Beardie "rescue" in Orlando before they moved to Butler, PA the first of 2013 (I had asked her in a prior post, she did not answer). Maybe they hoped to resume that "rescue" now in Butler.

Amanda posted a tiny little photo of a dragon with obvious tail damage, but it's very poor quality and thus far has provided no other proof of vet visits, vet amputation or any other photos of the dragon while in her care. She admitted the dragon received no antibiotics (really? after an amputation?) nor did the vet find evidence of parasites or genetic abnormality. The photos taken by Mike prior to shipping show a healthy, even if a tad thin, dragon.
Frankly, and please correct me with photographic proof that I am wrong, the FB photo of the dragon with tail damage Amanda posted cannot even be compared against the very close, clear photos Mike posted at shipping.
If this dragon did perish, I don't believe it was due to the seller's neglect, a genetic fault or tail damage. Geez, I have 7-year old dragon who lost a good portion of her "wrist" flesh and 2 & 1/2 toes completely when her mate accidently bit and "scooped" out the flesh going for a cricket. Her front leg hung limp for a month; it took a good 5 months before she healed up. She went to the vet once and he never recommended amputation. With topical antibiotics, soaking, salves, bandages and daily attention, she is fine 5 years later.
And Dennis ... your deal is null. Your FB post of a half-conversation proves nothing. Yeah, you got a heck of a deal, you know it. Yeah, you paid what he asked because that's what YOU told him they were worth! He asked what you thought they were worth; seems to me you knew exactly what they were but were not exactly forthcoming in your appraisal, so in a sense you took advantage. He did say something about "trying to educate myself", after all. And, you too, are a FB friend of Andrew Reynolds, also, aren't you?
At any rate, even given Mike's defensive posture, it looks more and more like intimidation/bullying and baseless smearing by Beardie breeders/friends.
