    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Mark Miller (loco-lizards) - Bad Guy !

Lets see I have not condoned Marks actions. I have stated many times on this thread Mark has done wrongs. Im obviously following this thread as you guys are. A statement was made, I responded.

Yet again Chris has decided to try and take the time and make this personal with me. I answered a question that was posed, maybe it was in a jokeing fashion.

Lets see, I defended that Mark sent the money, well low and behold he sent the money.

I defended the quality of his snakes, well from what I seen, and owned of his, they have been just that.

I understand everyones desire to tear him apart on this one. As stated earlier, I do have the ability to buy from him directly in person, so maybe thats why I would still buy from him, who knows.

What I do know is there are other people, who would have happily told Mark to back out of this deal, no matter what. They will not likely post here, and lord knows I dont blame them. Take it for what its worth.

I think its funny, had Mark shipped this snake and gotten scammed out of a grand, what would we have all said?

"Mark your an idiot for shipping over a border without full payment"

"Mark why didnt you do enough homework before you sent to this guy"

"Mark you get what you deserve on this, you should always take full payment"

"Mark take it as a learning lesson"

Well hopefully Mark will take this as a learning lesson. It was asked if Mark would continue to sell snakes, and I answered.

ONE LAST TIME LOUD AND FREAKING CLEAR I DO NOT CONDONE EVERYTHING MARK HAS DONE HERE.

Other people have had the opinion that Mark isnt likely a scammer, and they havent been talked down to by Chris, or the rest of you as you have chosen to do to me. I have first hand business with Mark, and this has shaped my opinion. I would hope that the MANY people who I have had great business relationships would CHOOSE to do the same for me, should the need ever arise. However with this as an example, Im sure they would think long and hard in doing so.

Mark has not asked me to respond, I have done this out of my own free will. I followed this thread from saturday at about 10 am, when I first learned of the situation. From the start I figured there was FAR more to the story then Tonys neat little package showed, and it seems I am correct. IT STILL DOES NOT FULLY JUSTIFY MARK, HE MADE A MISTAKE.

Over and out, I hope my opinion hasnt offended to many people.

And you keep saying this is personal? Don't flatter yourself. I barely know you. And now I certainly would avoid you. Marks very own emails state his intentions on the aforementioned deal. If you are too blinded to realize this, it is your own demise.

You've stated such NUMEROUS times in this thread. There is no need to repeat it.

Kissing ass is not what I call a reputable trait. Especially when you're obviously willing to overlook proven details that speak volumes for this individuals credibility.

I am soooo confused now.
I thought Tony was Antoine, Mickey was Mark, Chris was Jim, I was Joe, and Daniel was Greg... and now Tony is posting as Mickey.

I have followed this thread as I have seen theese things, I have done business with him. Im telling another side. I have not asked you to take you lips off Tonys genitalia.

Again I answered a friggin question, maybe it was a joke, sorry I didnt come up with something as elequant (sp?) as a batman riddle, I just responded.
 
Anyone remember what this thread was about?? Looks like it's turning into a personal battle between people that had nothing to do with the situation... Let's see, there are 2 people that won't be dealt with by a good number of individuals, because of this thread.. You guys should just cool it a bit, you are just meeting under stressed circumstances... No need to write each other off because you disagree on a thread that has nothing to do with you... Just my opinion
 
My interest was as a third party, wishing to see the guilty party make restitution.

He has made a refund, yet wants everyone to believe that his OWN emails are nonsense. That he had no intentions of selling the animal for more than originally agreed upon.

He destroyed that deal LONG before he knew ANYTHING about Tony.

He tried to renegotiate numerous times, his own words speak for themselves.

Bottom Line: Your "pal" Mark is a proverbial POS in every aspect of the acronymn and cannot be trusted.


BUT HEY EVERYONE! MICKEY TRUSTS HIM!

And we care because? Did I see anyone ask after the first four or five times you told us? No. But you feel obligated to let us all know again since things don't look so swell for your buddy.

Save it.

in this episode Jim O has given Mark and Tony the double Flush! Tony has received his refund! Mickey has repeated himself (uh I lost count) OK a bunch of times! Another thread has been thrown into the Mix and an old character has been dredged up(Ian)

What will the next exciting episode bring! will we find out who's mouth is where it doesn't belong! Will we find out anything new! will Jim O finally have had enough and go over the edge by giving this thread the quadruple Flush. Guys lighten up I don't think Tony's gonna grace us with answers and Mark just checks in now and then to see what's being said about him. Chris, Mickey is this really worth getting in a pissing contest over? Not, Let it go and hopefully Jim O will give us the Quad Flush and that will be that.

You may be overestimating Antoine's "intelligence". After all, he was stupid enough to out himself here. There is more on the Canadian BOI. Seems Antoine has alienated his countrymen even more than he has those of us south of the border.

I have said this before and I will say this again. A mistake is when you screw up while typing, take the wrong medicine, buy a Yugo, or make a bad investment. Mark did more than make a mistake. He lied, he tried to change a done deal, and he took way the hell too long to refund Tony his money. To me, that accounts for much more than a simple mistake. Mark's only mistake was in agreeing to do the deal with Tony in the first place. However, once he did he should have stuck with it and followed through with the original deal as agreed on

How about the fact that Antoine lied about his name? Does the fact that Tony Pharosx does not exist have any bearing on this? There was no deal because there was no person making the deal. Tony Pharosx is a figment of Antoine Seara's imagination.

After reading all of this I don't blame Mark for backing out and not wanting to do business with Antoine the liar. That does not, in any way excuse Mark for not having refunded the money immediately. That Mark delayed the refund is an undeniable fact and should be held against him. Backing out of a deal with an alias seems more than reasonable, whether that was his reason or not. JMHO.

To me it's irrelevant whether he knew or not. In fact there never was a "contract". It's a technicality, of course, but how can you blame him for not honoring a contract that never existed in the first place?
 
It goes to character Jim. Granted, Antoine has now been outed. But, to the best of Mark's information at the time, he was reneging on a legitamate deal. I personally consider Mark to be the only one with egg on his face in this specific transaction. Antoine / Tony's misdeeds, while severe and definitely damning, are not germaine to the structure of this particular transaction.
