    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I recently made an order and there was a little mistake in the size of the Flexwatt that I got. Sent him an email and he took care of it and sent out the correct size right away . I'll be buying more from Matt in the future, great service all around.

I recieved my 2 Johnson Controlls thermostats today. Very quick turnaround. I placed my order thursday night and recieved it today (monday). Everything went very smooth. I am going to be needing some heat tape very soon as well as various other supplies and I will definately be getting them from Matt. He is a class act and a real attribute to this hobby. Thanks alot Matt for the great service.
 
I won a fauna auction from Matt and recieved my order yesterday. Matt was patient with me due to some computer problems. Very professional and would recommend him to anyone. Good price on the helix (MG's wow page) but I'll have to wait for one of those. Thanks Matt for the great customer service.

I just wanted to say that I had the experience of ordering some reptile related supplies from Matt. I went to his site, picked out the items I needed, paypaled him the amount needed simple as that. I got a response from Matt the very next day thanking me for my purchase and letting me know the tracking # and etc. Well to my amazement my package arrived in no time at all. I ordered a pair of Helix DBS-1000 thermostats from Matt's web site. He replied very quickly that he had just run out of them and had ordered more. I sent a couple of e-mails requesting updates and he always responded quickly with a status.

Once he received them, he shipped them out promptly, and I received them a couple of days later via USPS. Other than the delay due to being out of stock (understandable at that price!), the transaction was a good one and I appreciate his follow up to my requests for updates on when they would be shipped.
