Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just got my order from Matt today. (In perfect time)
3 days before I "NEEDED" it.

He kept me informed. (although I tried to confuse him by sending messages from a different email address everytime I needed something)

I followed this thread as it progressed and paid particular attention to how Matt handled himself in the muck. I was impressed, and brought this order to him exclusively because of this thread.

Congrats to all of those who are fair, honest and conduct themselves professionally.

I just received an order of beardie food and calcium from Matt. Just wanted to say that Matt was a great communicator.
He was courteous and fun! He kept up his humor even though he had to put up with me!:dgrin:
He kept me posted on the shipping and was very helpful. I look forward to do more businesss with Matt in the future.

since I just became a paid participant, I had to say that I have purchased items from matt several times. Each time has been a wonderful experience. He is even sending me some invoices from previous orders that I had misplaced with a current order. Great guy.
 
Well, Matt did it again. There is no need to go into the details but let me tell you that this time he went beyond all expectations. It was not just a good deal but a good deed from an individual that really cares. For those that haven't bought from Matt yet, you are really missing a good experience. Matt, if in the future you need something from me just let me know, and consider it done.

I just ordered a Helix Thermostat for another incubator. I needed it ASAP guess what I ordered Thursday night I just got it. I recieved a brand new sealed Helix. As soon as I get home Ill plug it in and get it setup. Thanks again Matt !

I just caught that thread...better you than me...I've got ENOUGH spiders around my house...with the pond in the backyard...at least all of the ones around here are webspinners...pretty cool really.

Getting that many spiders in an order of crix is just another reason for me NOT to own anything with legs...


Of course if they were INTERESTING spiders...I might consider you shipping them to me :hehe: ...although my wife would move out...


Which might not be such a bad thing... :dgrin:

I received my order from Matt and all was perfect, as usual. My item was backordered and he kept me informed and shipped as promised. I have no doubt that I will buy from him again.
