Just to let everyone know, I just called matts # to ask why he was doing this to me. His MOM answered and said he was not there and can she take a message, so I tried to nicely explain what was happening and she was rude and hung up on me.

This was my third call to him and still never talked to him, but what good is telling you that, you will not believe it.

Yup he did just call my home and yes my parents and daugether are here having dinner! Jim spoke with my mother and had her crying! This is absurd! Jim you called my house from your cell phone because I had to block your home number. My mother is not rude and is a good Christian woman. I dont think you understand how you are killing youself here. Hey man enough is enough! Get a grip and go on! And thanks you guys and gals you are the best.. I am going to post on this thread because I have some personal interest in it. I am one of the parties that Jim was talking about that is waiting for a rack from him. Jim has been very professional with me and been right up front with communications and everything to let me know the rack is going to be delayed. I have had nothing but professionalism from him to date. For the record I am not worried about the wait, things happen, I understand. I also currently have an order with Matt for a couple of herpstats. Matt had a problem getting them from Spyder so he emailed me to let me know he would ship them as soon as he got them, no problem. He emailed me this evening to let me know that that will be delivered to him and sent back out the same day. All is well. IMO, I think these are 2 good guys who just had a communication break down and now it is getting blown to crap. I think we have enough bad guys to worry about to have BS come about from 2 good guys. /rant

He has a bad reputation, even BEFORE this he was known for being a pain in the *** and known for badmouthing the moderators here. Then rather than handle a simple situation in a mature matter he acts like a blitering idiot. A child whose candy has been stolen..... Badmouthing people yet again, acting liek an all around dimwit. Sure Jim, people are REALLY going to listen to what you have to say. Don't you realize if you had handled this situation like an adult, refrained from leaving rude messages, refrained from acting like an all around peckerwood that perhaps people here would have sympathized with your situation a bit? This has to be one of the most petty and stupid threads on the BOI. It was a miscommunication, things happen. Orders get delayed. SUCH IS LIFE. Want to avoid this in the future? LEAVE YOURSELF SOME DAMN TIME TO RECIEVE PRODUCTS BEFORE PROMING CUSTOMERS THINGS YOU DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK! PLAN AHEAD. No one but yourself is to blame for not being able to supply something for your customers on time. You cut yourself a little thin here. Every business makes outside purchases. It's part of the biz. Regardless of when a supplier says they are able to ship you leave yourself a bit of room to breathe in case something happens. You'll learn quickly that you will end up pissing many a customer off promising delivery on things before you even have them. Be straight, tell them that the item is backordered and you're awaiting delivery. Of course give them an esitmated time of arrival but unless it is in your hands never, AND I MEAN NEVER give a specified date IN STONE. It does not work that way. You basically shot yourself in the foot and now you're trying to blame the person you're brokering a product from basically. How stupid is that? Not to mention your overall attitude and rude behavior. You are acting like a damn child and really hurting yourself here.

Take some time, think things through, and learn from this. You will go no where in this business acting like this, I guarantee it. You're not horrible person, but keep these things up and you're well on your way.....

Try working on that attitude a bit, you've already pretty much guaranteed no one of any sort of reputable status here will do business with you. Try changing that now....

Maybe, just maybe you have a BIG communication problem. In the other good guy thread that you trashed it seems you had a communication problem and this one as well. I maybe wrong but I do not recall in your emails saying send the flexwatt. I see you asking for another out of stock item and him telling you he would order it too. You did not say send it later send the flexwatt now. Did you? I would have thought you wanted it sent together as well. I think your last complaint with someone was rebuttal very well who offered you a new rack and you still keep talking about that person. Matt offered to send to you free and you still keep it up. I just do not think there is anyway to satisfy you.

Nothings perfect but I do believe the mod's work very hard at perfection. The BOI did work in this instance. Just not for you. Prior to your post about Matt you had a slew of well deserved warning points. This is something that most members will look at while youre attacking a notorious good guy.

Actually, I just went by your own words and your own posts Jim. YOUR behavior in this thread, in the emails that YOU posted has been much less than professional and juvenile at best.

I believe I did point out where Matt made his mistakes as well as how they can be corrected. It simply doesn't appear that is what YOU are really interested in.

Jim is attacking Matt and Rich Z.
I think Jim has a grudge against Rich for his suspension and fines etc... and is trying to discredit the B.O.I. by implying that it does not work.
I think Jim has failed...again.
I have dealt with both Jim S. and Matt G. several times, and I would not hesitate to deal with Matt again.

Sorry, I am not here on the weekends and I just cannot keep my mouth shut

I have dealt with Matt on several occasions...if my wife knew how much money I have sent him in the last two months she would probably move out...LOL.

Every transaction has been perfect...with great communication...even when there was a miscommunication...it was handled professionally, effortlessly, and beyond my expectations. I have also had several personal conversations with Matt via email and on the phone. I find him to be highly intelligent, courteous, personable, friendly, and kind (unless he is in one of those moods...LOL). I cannot imagine that Matt would not (and shown here, HAS) made every effort to satify Jim throughout this entire transaction. Jim is simply an insatiable customer...which has been shown time and again.

The fact that he also attempted to steamroll Casey Hulse of Nature's Spirit recently, his direct competition, shows his true colors.
I have done business with Casey as well...and after having met him and talked with him...I cannot fathom how Jim could substantiate his claims...
Point is...these are two people that I have conducted business with very recently...and will again in the very near future. Two people that I hold in high regard as true gentlemen...very good businessmen in all aspects...and look forward to one day calling friends. I am usually a good judge of character, I am a businessman...and deal with many people every day. If everyone I had to deal with was half as reasonable as either Casey OR Matt...my life would be easy.

I just wonder if Jim is setting himself up to sell flexwatt and thermos. :shrug:
