I will find out this Friday if he will breed.
The photos look like they were taken in a way that either intentionally or unintentionally makes it hard to notice the missing toes on the rear foot. I wouldnt have noticed.

Mike,
This silkback is blind in the left eye and missing 7 toes. I still feel you should have been upfront about the condition of this dragon. I hope he will breed like you promised.

> honest to god i didn't know he was blind as far as the nipped toes i figured i discounted him fairly seeing how a perfect silkback male can run you $600-$700 i only charged $350 shipped and $80 of that was shipping charges i wouldn't worry he bred for me he'll be fine
hey hhmoore he saw the pictures and didn't have a problem then and as for me being suspended from here you take peoples contributions and try to throw them off of here real classy site lol believe me there arte MANY scammers on here in fact alot of them have alot to say and ed the prices you ask for your beardies you should be wearing a mask and holding a gun people they are lizards not gold ha ha ha ha lol

But it wasnt advertised as a nipped toed silkback male for a deal was it.
I have never seen them and I just ignored that in the email.
It also raises a red flag as to why the buyer waited two months to post this...it looks from the email exchanges shown that all communication between buyer and seller occurred quickly after the sale. The only justifiable reason the buyer might have waited this long would be if he just became aware of the BOI, but he joined Fauna over a year ago. NOT a good move on his part to wait this long.
Also, is it just me, or are the pictures the seller posted pretty awful? I would not have paid for an animal in that condition. I know that lizards shed in pieces and it can look pretty messy, but if I were selling that lizard I would have disclosed that he was in shed and offered to send more pictures once the shed was completed. As it stands, those pictures show an animal with (stuck?) shed all over it and are not good for judging condition.
So I think both parties are at fault here. Just my $0.02.
I agree the pictures were horrendous and if the buyer say them previous to purchase he should have had a solid idea of the condition of the animal.
There was no mention of missing toes, the seller was asked to show pics and emails prior to payment and shipping, he has shown nothing.the pics would have been attached to an email with a date on it.
Shortly after receiving the buyer emailed the seller to complain about the condition of health and missing toes.
