    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Well, i bought 3 snakes from her a while back and 2 lived but the male died from something during shipping........ well its been a month or two got two more from megan a hypo tiger poss th moonglow and a hypo poss tiger th moonglow.......... they were sent out monday. i just recieved them both snakes are dead... "they got held up" during shipping... when you send animals its a 100% health and live guarantee.. well she is refusing to really help..... keeps telling me to call when i cant do anything since im not the shipper, and she wont refund my money..... both times i have had issues with her shippings and recieved dead animals... and she isnt gonna try and fix it...... not very good on her part. just thought id share because she has alot of ads up right now....... thanks
 
she has fixed the issue.. it wasnt really her fault it was fedex for letting a live animal get delayed 3 days..... we fixed the issue without her know of this thread yet..... so there for id have to change it to good "guy" because she resolved the problem.. now3 waiting to hear from fedex.....
 
I'm sorry, but this is exactly why people are getting frustrated with the BOI. You can't make a bad guy thread and a couple hours later say "Oh the issue is fixed". You have to give people time to fix things. There was no proof posted that she didn't want to help.

You can't change this thread from bad guy to good guy either with the thread title.

Agreed. Regardless of whether the issue is resolved now, I'm curious to know what she said and did that made you post a bad guy thread in the first place.

She knows about the thread. I know Megan pretty well from previous purchases, I texted her and let her know. She is taking care of him. From what I understand Fed-ex dropped the ball and snakes were in shipment for 4 days. She will make this good.
 
As others have said Megan is a good person to deal with and just a fun nice person aside from all of that.

I'd certainly deal with her again.

Are these all being shipped Priority overnight with a 10:30AM guaranteed arrival?

Yes, they have been. I have been talking to Megan over text and Fed-ex just screwed up. If I had to guess it is a particular hub that has done this, especially since it happened twice.
 
He doesn't state the the first time was FedEx's fault - just that a snake died from something during shipping. There was no comment regarding whether Megan did anything to compensate him for that loss
 
The 2nd shipment was one he bought and one free to replace the first that died. I filed a claim with fedex for the second issue and he is recieveing another animal to replace the 3 total that died.
 
yes everything has been resolved and i am getting another amazing snake from her... fedex better not mess up again...
 
yes she did.. she sent it out at 12:57 pm and the dead line for over night shipping is 350 but they said she didnt make the dead line... this is no megansd fault what so ever this is all fedex and tmrw a manger or something from fedex is supposed to call me... this is crazy 2 times in a row from same office in less then 2 weeks.... im beyond upset with fedex

Seems like Megan has an awful lot of shipping issues, at least with you. Hard to believe that FedEx screws up so consistently, only on your your packages, and that none of it is Megan's fault...

Just out of curiosity, why is a manager calling YOU? I would think that those conversations would be between FedEx and Megan - I know darn well that if I was having that kind of problem, they'd be talking to me.
 
I dropped it off at 12:57 I have the receipt to prove it, they said I dropped if off at 7:22pm be glad to text a pic of it to anyone 1-559-936-1633. I called and they said they can have it returned to sender but it would actually take longer to get to me than to TX cuz it would have to go to TX and back and it would ship out before the office opens for me to get out tomorrow. I am going to the office tomorrow and cussing them out, there was no manager to talk to me there now, but I will be calling again tomorrow. And Yes, I've only had shipping issues with fedex and for some reason only with Chase. Idk WTF their problem is. How is their inability to do their job my fault?
