    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Anyone who closes an ad as soon as they post it so no one can comment on it is just admitting guilt. Guilty much kruger?

There are many who lock ads for legitimate reasons. Maybe not with this situation, but the practice of locking ads is frequently about noise reduction rather than underhandedness or evasion of confrontation.
 
He still deletes my comment every time when I post the link to this thread on his profile. He also left an odd message on my profile acting like him and I are friends or something. I'll make it clear on here where it can't be deleted, I never have and never will be friends with Kruger, I don't associate with know scam artists and thieves.
 
Read every post and I'll be :censored: if I don't state my 0.02. Let me first say, OP, mistakes were made, but I truly hope you get compensated from this individual who scammed you 100%. Over the 3 days (at work) it took me to read this, my stomach literally sunk for you every time he posted his nonsense + other posted screen shots of your animals being sold.

Second, I know by now its very apparent Mr. Mel was not truthful, but how exactly does he expect the reptile community to believe he purchases his rodents at full retail when HE ATTENDS REPTILE SHOWS. Could you imagine if a vendor tried to sell large rats @$7 a rip LOL :rofl:

Well back to lurking. If anything this thread deserves a bump for more views.
 
You got screwed through and through. You made one major mistake. He baited you in with the first deal to build trust. Then stuck it to you with the second deal. You have everything you need within this thread to sue his ass off. I would also look into whether the weapon he sent you originally isn't a stolen weapon, now that you know his character.

1st I've read through this entire thread and my understanding is that there was not ever anything sent to the NY gentleman.
2nd-& this isn't in reference to mcleery but the thread in general: I am a small time hobbyist, I don't breed or even possess that many animals but I'm aware of the BOI & you can bet your cheeks I check it any time I'm considering a purchase. Heck sometimes I just read it for fun! :hehe: but it does matter I've seen quite a few threads that not only get results but leave me with a lot of respect for not only the work these folks put into it but the amount of info they can find. I think the boi wwork. I also make sure i refer all of my friends to it as well. & I'd include Mr. Kruger not only on my DNB list but also a real life nightmare (on elm street :rofl: i got jokes)

Wait this man is a convicted felon? How in the world did either of you legally traffic and transfer across state lines a firearm through not one but two FFL dealers in your first trade if that's the case?

Yes he is a felon. There are a few other cages as well but the Arizona judicial website isn't working at the moment so I'm not able to get the notes for those cases but I did still have the one I posted earlier in the thread. I do not nelieve Kruger has the guns registered in his own name, the reciept he posted earlier in the thread for the guns he was supposed to send and never did had his mother's name and phone number on them not his own.

Holy shit, there is enough on this thread then to put his ass behind bars for many years at this point. Dude you better make things right with this man or face 7 to 15 years behind bars for being in possession of a firearm, and illegally trading firearms across state lines as a felon.
 
And if his mother is purchasing in her name for him, she can be charged with a felony as well. STRAW purchases are being prosecuted big time.

Hell yeah maybe even some federal time as well because of the state to state thing. Add up the higher end of what each of the snakes are worth say you want cash only and an apology or he's going to meet bubba.

Nope as of the last time the op commented Mr kruger had not paid the op nor sent any of the agreed trade items and was still selling the snakes he still has not paid for.
