    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

He was pretty much boasting about having 15 orders sent last week so I dont see why he couldn't pay you. Have you called him? You should call him the 5-10 times a day I hear he calls others (hence another reason why i refused to give him my number when he asked repeatedly..).
 
it doesn't matter how many times you call him . if he don't want to answer . i think it has gone to the piont that he is getting orders , he is still selling so he realy don't care , and it seems like it has gone so long that he realy don't feel he has to pay , but all of this is real bad busness , it is only showing others how he acts . and that is he just dont care about anyone , so far he is not proving thease feelings wrong, i just hope that he reads everything here and starts taking it to heart , he dont like the posts but he hasnt made an attempt to pay.
 
Is there a way for you to amend the topic so you can include his NEW name since he doesnt use the tainted one anymore?
So that people will still know who this guy is? Maybe he has changed his way of business NOW but that doesnt excuse him from the way he was int eh past or what debts he owes.

I wouldn't think that would be a problem....you could PM one of the mods to ask for sure. IMO, it should be made known that he's selling under another name now...

Does anyone have any actual PROOF of this? I can put a stop to that, but I need HARD FACTS to act on.

He was recognized from another forum, where he is known to use that name...I thought.... :confused:

Could you pretty please do an IP check and see if that turns up anything?

I blocked out my email address as its a business address, so that clearly gives his name and email..and HERE is a response to an ad on FAUNA that he replied to and the buyer uses the name CHRIS to respond..

And here is the thread on another forum (chameleonfurms) where _I_ got his name from hence the email I originally sent which will follow and loop to be in correspondence to the first email listed. (this also happens to be the user on here on the thread above who purchased)

I just got some for like 9 bucks a piece from a guy named chris in tampa. He has really cheap shipping and mine came out to be like 35 for 2 shipped. i dont have any adults. if you get the ones i have, you would have to keep them seperated for a couple months until they get bigger. you should quaritine new frogs anyway when you get them for a couple months anyway. let me know.

Oh and the chameleonforum is also where I heard about Fauna. I tried to post a complain on that forum and they told me to come here..and Like I said in my first post, the name caught my attention even though it wasnt the same name and once I realized it was the guy I had been dealing with, I knew there was a reason i didnt feel comfortable. The guy spazzed because I wouldnt give him my phone number!!

sorry for so many posts..you guys need an editing tool!
 
OK, I found an IP match between the two accounts here, as well as the above mentioned evidence. I have merged those two accounts together under his original registration name. If he pulls this stunt again, please let me know and I will deal with it more firmly and finally.
 
Well folks, it is the end of the month and still no money from Chris. He emailed me on Wednesday wanting my address again so he could supposedly Fedex me money overnight. I emailed him my address early Thursday morning. No word from him since to tell me he did or didn't send it..or tracking number, nothing. I did NOT have my hopes up because he has lied to Toni on two separate occasions by telling her that her money had been mailed already. Remember how he posted here a couple of weeks ago saying I would have my money by the end of this month? It's 5:00 pm here, the mailman has come...and no visit from Fedex. More lies from a proven liar. Way to go Chris!:thumbsup:
 
That sucks.. I was really hoping the guy would come through...but apparently he doesn't know how. Again, makes me glad I did not do business with him. File charges. You have enough evidence int his thread.
 
well this is chris , i am very disappionted . i still hoped he would stand up and pay back the money, slap me i was hoping he would be that kind of guy that realy cares . some where down inside .........
 
check your paypal ntfish, theres a payment in there. also when my translucent dragons hatch ill send you one for free. you should get some good money for that also. sorry took so long , i never intended to not make this right.:(
