    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I HAVE ORDERED SUPPLIES FROM MATT AND HE HAS NOT SHIPPED WHEN HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO . i ordered on the 4 of feb said he would shipp it out on the 8 and here it is the 21 and still no products. i have also tried many time to email him and i stopped recieving emails from him . he always says next week , next week. i really don't understand why some one can stay in bussiness if they take the money then don't shipp.
 
Sorry to hear about the delay. It seems this is the new way Matt is conducting business. Shame too. I always thought he was a stand up guy but lately he has been forgetting about his customers.
Hopefully you will get your order soon or a full refund if he cannot deliver.

Oh but you see he didn't have to come here as "here" is not anything to me..lol.. I just saw this today so I hardly think it had anything to do with the BOI.. See Randy, I see a select few of the members on the BOI(read like 10 or so people) that serve no purpose in life but to sit on there computer all day long and try and discredit others and thats really the only ones out of the thousands of other excellent helpful members that actually come here to talk herps. So with that being said it really isn't any skin off my teeth no matter what is said here or on any other forum that is trying to copy the BOI. I just don't have the time or heart to worry about the BOI, it is just not an important fact of normal peoples lives. The select few on here that I speak of really must be weired people because they get enjoyment and a feeling of sticking a pink feather in their hat to break some super mystery on the internet that does not even exist and these are grown "men".

As for the customer, if he would email me then 99.999999999999999% of the time I would have responded to them within 24 hours just like the other customers.. It was right on the website that the herpstat were on backorder until the 15th, it is not my fault that someone cannot read or chooses to ignore the notice, then complain about it.. Anywho, gotta run, have more important thing to do then play with the kiddies(read 10 or so people, heck email me for a list) on the BOI(just wanted to drop in and stir the crap alittle)

Your "I always respond" is getting old. You may not like it but you still have a ways to go to get to an acceptable level of customer service.

I Have Received All And All Is Good I Guess He Just Needed A Little Extra Time. I Have Built The Incubator And It Is Sweet. Better Then That Damn Hovabator Fluxuwating 2-3 Degrees. Hey Does Any One What To Buy A Bearded Dragon This Summer I Hope To Have 50 . Maybe They Will All Hatch Now I Have Proper Temps. An Old Small Frig Like The Ones You Get At Walmart For 120 $ Make A Nice Incubator. Plus I Can Still Put Beer In It Later After Eggies Hatch

You should check your meds; either the dosage is wrong or you are not taking them as prescribed. In a two day span you went from slamming the guy to praising him?

Also, there is a classifieds section on this website where you should try to sell your dragons, as opposed to throwing it into the middle of a BOI post... :rolleyes:

No Matt I'm not against you personally, BUT I am against how you treat your customers like they are nothing more then just the dirt on the bottom of your shoes. So sorry but this has nothing to do with BP.net or Jamie.

Ahh Matt...Eloquent as ever. Once again you prove yourself to be quality guy that we all have come to expect. Here's a suggestion. Waste less time coming up with conspiracy theories and threatening frivolous legal action and more time fixing your image that YOU have ruined. I've completely forgotten that you exist, but its obvious you still hold a special place in your heart for me. I'm touched and honored!

Oh I have no clue huh? LOL Did you forget that I was a customer of yours. Only because I thought at the time from you being on BP.net you were a good guy. Little did I know! I was only a one time and never again customer because I had to wait well over a month to get a tstat from you. Oh yeah you told me you had them, I bought it, and didn't hear anything from you for over a week. I emailed you back and then you told me that you didn't have any, that they were on back order. Waited, waited, waited, no word, finally I got mad I went to paypal. You flew off your rocker at me because of that and finally gave me a tracking # for my shipment. I was happy.... till nothing ever came. I asked you about it and you were like "sorry can't help you out because you went to paypal, yadda yadda yadda". It's nice to know that you got to keep my few bucks all because you gave paypal a bogus tracking # and I was SOL in the end.

Oh well I just tossed it up as a lesson learned.
