    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Um No sorry.. 80% of the business I do is to Universitys not to individulas. It has been this way for a year and a half now. Business has not been slow it has been normal. Maybe if business had indeed been slow I would have changed my mind earlier:) I know it is easy for someone that does not know you to pass an easy judgement.. The thing is I pray about everything I even pray for the people on here as that is what I am supposed to do. I dont do damage control no need to, no damage done in the eyes of the people emailing and PMing me.. The opnes posting are the ones that dont actually do business with me but like to pass their thoughts along, dosent make any sense.. OOO well, I want to change you mind but I simply cannot do it in 10 hours..

I did do business with you twice, and twice you failed to meet your committed delivery dates. I clearly outlined in the long thread why I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Bottom line - I specifically asked you on both orders when I could expect delivery - when those dates passed with no e-mailed updates from you, I had to ask for a status update - in both cases, you were "out of stock" which seems to be a trend for you and has been for at least a year and a half - how long do you really need to fix things, Matt?

When I order product and I ask what the committed ship date is, that's when I plan to receive it. If the ship date is missed, I expect the vendor to notify me. That's what I expect of my vendors in my real life job as a buyer for a multi-million dollar company. Two missed committed ship dates with no communications unless I ask - I'm looking for a new vendor.

You're running a business - act like it and quit blaming and bullying your customers when you can't meet expectations. Bottom line. Others may not see it - but it's quite clear to me that any time someone has a complaint brought here - you become a bully, rather than resolving the problem like a professional.

I gave you two chances, and if you turn your business around - good for you. But I've moved on and taken my business elsewhere and am THRILLED with the fast turn around, and most importantly, the level of customer service I receive. If I have a problem with my order, I'm not blamed as the cause of it, and it's fixed same day. I can even ask for a refund if I change my mind with no re-stocking fee! :D You'd do well to take some lessons from your competitors.
 
Matt a question, you have on on more than one occasion stated that you were persuing leagal action against certain people who have posted about you here and on other sites.. What if any actions have you taken??

Also you claim that most of your business is with universities mind dropping some names since you mentioned them ??? The reason I ask is that you have shot yourself in the foot so many times that well I'm sure I'm not alone when I say I have doubts about your statement that your business hasn't dropped off and is doing fine. Randy
 
I have dealt with matt in the past and he was always a pleasure to do business with. I would not hesitate do buy from him again.

Now would you please explain to everyone why this time will be different than all the other times you blew up, spewed your hate-filled diatribe, then suddenly had a change of heart and asked for forgiveness for your inexcusible behavior?

I can see it happening once... maybe twice... but how many times do you expect people to forgive you? :shrug01:

I am not sure what you mean by twice??? Please point out the first time. I dont expect anyone to forgive me, they simply dont have too. All I have to do is ask. I never lost the Lord just my path..

I cannot say anything about the lawsuit and sorry I will not give out the customers name or where they work, how about I ask you to give me your social security and banking numbers, neither is right to ask!

That's because there is no lawsuit. But for anyone's information, Matt has said that he is suing me (for what, nobody knows) and also ball-pythons.net. I wish him the best of luck! :shrug01:
