MGReptiles said:Well I received Kens return back today and the box has indeed been opened. There are things broken and MISSING from the return. Ken order consisted of the following
60 Clip Sets
60 Insulators sets
60 feet of 3” flexwatt
3 plug and play dimmers
I received back today in an OPENED BOX
60 Clip Sets
29 INSELATOR SETS
60 feet 3” flexwatt (I beleive I havent measured it yet)
3 DIMMERS (2 are broken in the same exact place, I bet they have your fingerprints on them Ken)
I am not sure what type of con you’re trying to pull here but it will not be allowed. The clip sets were double bagged and the inside bag was torn and the outside bag was intact(lowes bag tied has no holes) BUT the clip sets were spilled out throughout the box. I will be sending the items back to Ken that are broken and shorted. Ken you do realize you have committed several types of fraud here don’t you????
Here are some pics of the exact way the box looked when it was opened and the contents removed from their bags, the clips were all over the place but the others where still sealed in the lowes bag????. It is basically impossible for the dimmers to have been broken are they were encased with bubble wrap.

Now I am a man of my word and will still honor the store credit for the items that were not intentionally damaged and stolen…
jglass38 said:Once again Matt you are doing immeasurable damage to your business by coming on here and ranting about fraud and theft and general conspiracies. You still don't get it. What would Ken have to gain by intentionally breaking the dimmers before sending them back for what he expects to be a full refund? Hopefully Ken had the good sense to take his own photos of what the box looked like before he sealed it. Then he could come on here and claim the same things about you. In the end though, he is the customer and you will lose more sales.
jaimie, bonkers came out lying. He's most likely lying now.jglass38 said:Once again Matt you are doing immeasurable damage to your business by coming on here and ranting about fraud and theft and general conspiracies. Pull your head out and take a look, unbiased if you can possibly do that, and then see if you come to the same conclusion.
The hardon you have for Matt is unbecoming and seems to be getting in the way of any common sense you may once have had.
MGReptiles said:It is really sad to see some much hate in a person to the point they cannot see the truth... Jamie I don't like you much either and think everyone knows that, but I would still help you in anyway I possibly could.. Yup I gave ya neg rep points, you deserved them.. There is no conspericy, its called lying!!
jglass38 said:Saying that I hate you would be implying that I ever cared about you in the first place.
Thats the plan boss.. I dont have a customer service issue btw, I had a stock isse that has been fixed..jglass38 said:Just fix the customer service issues and no one will ever have a bad thing to say about you.
jglass38 said:The fact that you still don't get it and continually throw blame every which way but where its deserved, blows my mind. You are the seller. You have the larger burden to gets things right and make your customer happy. Not the other way around.

He may not have one, but you just made it irrelevant. While you indicate that you will still make good on the credits, its not coming off gracefully.jaimie, bonkers came out lying. He's most likely lying now.

No inspection notice obviously reveals that Ken is trying to pull one over on Matt. This is a clear case of bias on your part.[/QUOTActually, there are a number of possible explanations. The problem is that the only ones who actually know what happened are Matt and Ken. Among the possible scenarios I can come up with are
1.) Ken broke the items maliciously to piss off Matt (Unlikely)
2.) Matt broke the items and removed a few to discredit Ken (Also unlikely)
3.) Customs searched the box on the way back, damaged some items, and forgot to sticker it. (Possible)
4.) Matt shipped the order originally in the same condition that he received it back (Possible)
5.) UPS was rough on the box on the way back and the items broke in transit. (Possible)
These are just a few off the top of my head. the bottom line is that this was a lousy transaction from the get go on both sides. Nothing can be pr oven and it comes down to "he said, he said" and who you think is more credible. In any situation like that, you wind up with people on both sides of the line.
There is absolutely no way that anything can be conclusively proven on this one. This is one that needs to simply be chalked up as "one of those deals" and ya move on.
