    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

MGREPTILES Trouble with shipment

I ordered a T-stat and some more flex from Matt and with a couple weeks of no contact and a couple emails asking if my order was sent out and if the credit card was billed, NOTHING. I sent him an email saying he had 1 more day to get back to me or he could consider the order canceled. Needless to say its been 5 days now and nothing. No phone call, email, nothing. His company has been falling under lately. I don't know about you guys but waiting 2-3 weeks with NO communication on an order is BS!
Maybe my emails stopped getting through and your phone broke so feel free to email me Matt, Please and once I have your attention I will give you my Number privately

Sorry dude, but you've really screwed the pooch on this mess you've made.

Why don't you just refund everyone everything they've paid you for orders you haven't shipped out, EXACTLY what they've paid you and then take some time off to decide if this is really what you think you should be doing.

Seriously matt, if you can't ship tomorrow OR have heard that someone who has an order with you wants to cancel, refund them the TOTAL amount they paid and get your stuff together.

Jake - This is EXACTLY what happened to me. I ordered my first t stat and flex from him. I only ordered it because he was on BP.net so I thought "ok cool, good guy" Little did I know at the time, nor had I ever heard about this place either. Well I didn't hear much from him but he told me he sent it out to my house. Well I NEVER received it -- BUT he sure did get my money and I did get billed for it. I fought long and hard with my bank to get that money back too. I emailed Matt and his response was something along the lines of "To bad...you received it so I can't help you."

Jake if I was you, I WOULD NOT wait... call your bank or credit card company today and ask them if you have been changed for it. If so tell them what happened and that you have been ripped off by this guy and that you need help to get your money back. It may take a few months like it did mine because I had to fill out paper work and all but I did get my money back in the end.

Thanks, I should try that actually. I'll probably have to wait until Monday. I've been staying at school so much lately and I kind of put Matt's deal in the back of my mind in the "wishful thinking" area but I had a feeling the whole time, this won't end well.
This is really frustrating, I've had to wait over a month to get my new boaphile set up b/c of all this BS. I'll probably go to Rich from Reptile Basics now.

Most CC companies are open 7 days a week. Also you won't be at all disappointed with Rich... you will have your T stat and flex in about 3 or 4 days!!!

I know you all really want me to fail and just go out of business, but that is just not going to happen. I am not threatening a lawsuit to anyone that says something about me, just about 5 people that have gone out of their way to harm me mentally and financially.

If your my customer(the majority of the people posting just have a personal vendetta) you will be taken care of as usual.. If you not getting the service you think you should be just email me(the best way to reach me) and we can discuss what needs to be done..

The ebay deal::: This gentleman is trying to scam be or is having buyers remorse I believe.. We are hashing through the details and I have filed with squaretrade to makesure everything is kosher. The items were described EXACTLY as they were.. I never got an email from the gentleman letting me know he felt there was a problem, just a negative feedback and then a claim with paypal. Some items looked to have been broke during transit, I have offered to replace them but haven't received a response.

Jake: Ruby will have exactly what she needs:) I will have to look through the shipping records to see if your order shipped, if it hasn't it will Monday if it has it will be reshipped Monday as well. I looked through the invoices and do not see anything but I do see the credit card charge and will be looking into that.

Changes: I have been listening to everyting everyone has had to say except for a select few that I mentioned earlier only serve the purpose to damage someone.. We have made a lot of changes and are in the process of making alto more.. We are #1 and will not fall from the reins.

I have to make this my last post as I have to remove the focus to my customers as they are far more important then fighting on an internet thread like a child.. If anyone would like to talk about anything and I mean anything please don't hesitate to email me..

Matt, you need to be very careful making threats like this. I don't see where Dennis has committed any offense for which you could recover damages, but your continued threats here regarding respected members of this forum will damage your reputation.

Care to tell us why you pulled your "Good Guy Certification"?

I could care less what you have to state about me, but why would you go and mark Bobby as a bad guy to do business with? To my knowledge he has never had an unsatisfied customer.

He has stated many good things about you in the past. The moment he states some concerns you vote him a bad guy? His vote on yours was related to your service, or lack of it. Your vote was petty and vindictive.
