In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The fact your a THIEF! Yes it has...
The fact you claim a family member put the feeders in the freezer and you never saw them until 2wks is absurd.
The fact you didn't inspect them when receiving them is completely your fault and dissolves Mice Direct from any liability. You were not in the right to have a charge back done since you weren't there to receive the feeders and the fact you waited 2wks. That's stealing, period!
Maybe your family member forgot to put them in the freezer and they sat out for a period of time. That sounds more like the truth!
I thaw my feeders to room temp which is between 77-80 degrees for 10hrs. Anything over 12hrs, the bellies start turning black.
I don't buy my frozen feeders online, but instead from a local breeder which I have known for 15yrs and I still check all the feeders right in front of them.

, they were not left out. I into town (5 minute drive) to pick up milk. By the time I came back home figure 15 minutes max, they were already put away in the freezer. Nothing was left out!Lucille(sp) I will have the emails and screen shots sent AFTER I take care of my studies. Should be within the hour.
Still don't know what they will prove other than to somehow stir the
pot. A few already said they didn't care to see his threats, they mean nothing. But, once I'm done I'll post

In the spirit of all that is fair, Mr. Derek, I believe you are absolutely spot-on!!
Mice Direct posted one post, the accusatory post, and that was it. That to me, also, does not reflect well on them.
Heath or John, care to comment? Care to provide us with ANY information? After all, you guys are the ones who started this post to begin with.

She has posted lie after lie. Has anyone noticed that her story keeps getting longer and more convoluted as time goes on?
Oh, but my family put them away.
Well, I was only gone 15 mins to get milk. (You know, because everybody runs to the store to get a gallon of milk when waiting for FedEX, right? AND in the span of 15 mins the entire shipment was put away by the family member who has no frozen feeder experience who accepted the shipment.)
But I've got classes, and the STATE TROOPER TOOK MY EVIDENCE. So I can't post proof!

For those who say legal action can NOT be taken because he is in a different state, you are incorrect. Just in case anyone says a report was never made. John Callaham was informed if he has ANY type of contact with me, reguardless of forum topic or not, he will be charged and arrested. So, if Heath would like to add information, he can feel free to.

Who said that? You can take legal action but you will lose. Did you not notice the awful smell and black stomach on the one you fed on the 19th? If you've tried to feed the snake that ate on November 19th 12 times since then you're stressing it out terribly. Leave it alone for a while.

My snake isn't stressed, prior to that feeder, he ate CONSTANTLY and would eat any left over feeders that the others didnt want. Even if I know my snakes won't eat, they still get offered once weekly!
As for me posting those pictures, I knew the exact outcome and its obviously shown through everyones post. It was proof of the harassment. He can legally try to collect any funds, but, when he called and emails so many times in a ROW, it is classified as harrassment. When I refer to legal action, I meant I can have him arrested if he contacts me. Obviously that part of the police report was NOT seen.
I am NOT a thief, you can all think what you'd like. I want to know why HEATH hasnt answered?! The no contact is with John. To sit back and lurk, I personally think it makes him look worse than me. At least I have the balls to respond to a claim. Reguardless of how it makes me look!
Once again, I am now officially done with this post, until I feel I need to say something. Otherwise, you can all say what you'd like about me.
I have purchased from several people and breeders, I can guarantee they don't have one bad thing to say about me. But, because of bad customer service and his lack of wanting to communicate, I'm now the bad guy. Oh well.
