    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

They show you initiated a chargeback, and then the DEBT COLLECTION CALLS STARTED.

You stole from them. The emails specifically say that you didn't contact them about problems with the feeders OR provide proof they were bad. The gave you opportunity to send the feeders back. Why didn't you?

So you weren't there to receive the package. Someone else opened the box and put them away for you. And you didn't notice anything wrong for over two weeks. And then you fed your snake a bad mouse and now he's stressed and anorexic. And...and...and.


I also agree maybe you shouldn't be involved in anything clinical related to Homo sapiens.

NO ONE contacted me until AFTER the claim was made. Ill provide proof of that once phone records are received. Until then, I dont care.

I love that the company would accept feeders back! The one time I got icky feeders (read: delayed shipment) from an online company, that company told me to donate them to my local raptor center! And I couldn't pass that up! :) gotta love watching golden eagles and peregrines eat!! But slapping a free return label on them and leaving them for pickup the next is so easier.

Michelle, everybody will give you that calling 53 times is a bit much. However, you made them mad when you stole from them. You shouldn't have stolen from them.
 
Let's keep this post at the top so Visa has time to see everything. Maybe they will note the comapny has no response, as they did when I tried to contact them with their problem feeders!

Is no one understanding what was said?! I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE! I WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHIP THEM BACK, AT MY OWN EXPENSE EVEN! THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS!!!!! Why send a product back when Im not able to even have the company return my calls. So, they can deny a refund? YEAH, OK!

I personally don't care what you have to say, but, if the company decides to add any other information to this site/or by word of mouth in reguards to the matter, I have been instructed to contact the proper authorties. For your information smart:censored:, they were not left out. I into town (5 minute drive) to pick up milk. By the time I came back home figure 15 minutes max, they were already put away in the freezer. Nothing was left out!

Pay them what you owe and next time check the day it arrives and don't assume everything is hunky dory.

If they claim they sell healthy frozen feeders, they shouldnt have been in that condition. You expect my mother to know what to look for? This is all a joke! Its all protecting the business! Screw the buyer, they are the :censored:on the bottom of your shoe. Dont contact them when their is an issue, but, lay a claim on their name? Haha, so one sided.:thumbsup:

I hope Visa sees how they have been misled.

They have the same information ive posted, they will now receive the police report and the fact that this company is now posting my name in a public forum to be vendictive. John knew what he was doing, intentionally ignoring me, thinking I would let it all go. I had wasted feeders that could have been shipped back to him and just ordered elsewhere. But, its all my fault because he refused to communicate with me!? Once again, one sided!

Does not matter.

You broke chain of custody and it took weeks for you to notice a problem you claim existed when you cannot be certain it did not happen in your possession (assuming it happened at all, which I do not believe because you changed your story).

Will you be "done" again soon? lol
