Okay. I think probably the easiest way to do this is just post the notes I took during this whole fiasco. There is probably a LOT of information there that has no relevance, but these are notes I took during the actual conversations, themselves, and are certainly more accurate than my memory after all this.
There are two things not from my notes, however, which pertain to previous "suicide issues", that directly relate to what Michael has posted. The first is an email sent from Mike's mother to Cory, forwarded from Cory to me.

morning, Cory. By making a phone call you could make him smile and feel a
bit better about things. You were his best friend for 6 years. If anyone
could make him happier at this critical point it will be you.I don't have
the peoples email address you are living with but perhaps you can tell them
what's going on I do not want this to be spoken about with any of my
brothers. You know them well enough to know how the would react. And Roger
is certainly the last person that needs to be bothering Michael. Please call
him Cory. He needs your friendship.

Just so you know I did NOT intentionally try to kill myself. I was having a
major issue with my meds and at this point I am not taking anything they are
trying to give me. I don't trust doctors at all anymore. They had me on an
antidepressent and a sleeping pill for a couple weeks.Then they changed the
antidepressent and it did not mix well with the ambian. I got really sick
and was not having a good reaction to the mix. Mom thought I overdosed
myself and had my stomach pumped. Psych consult came down and it took
forever and a day to explain to them I did not try to commit suicide. They
finallly let me go home if I promised to go back and talk some more about
what happen........ Anyway, on to bigger and better things.
Mom told me she wrote you but she won't tell me what she wrote. Care to
share???
What I need now is to be able to talk to you. I don't care anything about
sandals, dvd's or any other shit at this point. I just need to talk to you.
I despeately need a friend to talk to at this point and YOU are the only one
I trust. I can call you or you can all me. Just please get back to me with a

6:25 P.M. Mike called me. Mike stated he had seen Jodi talking to a neighbor. After the neighbor's conversation with Jodi, Mike stated the neighbor called Mike to ask who is Jodi, and why was she talking to the neighbor about Mike. He called 911, and stated he did not know that Jodi had already been served. Mike also stated that a police officer came to his home and told him Cory and Jodi got served. The police officer also told Mike that Cory and Jodi had paperwork for him. Mike said it was obviously a "race to the courthouse" and that Cory and Jodi went to the courthouse to "f**k him".
7:30 P.M. Conversation RE: restraining order. Mike said he "had to talk to Cory" and that the restraining order would not be violated if Cory called him or came over. Mike stated he was not going to call the police on Cory if he called or came over and swore this "on his mother's grave". Mike then proceeded to call Cory more than 12 times between 7:30 and 10:00 p.m. He left 9 voice mails for Cory to call him.

9:23 A.M. Mike called me. Mike claims he had restraining order against Cory dismissed and that he just found out how to subpoena witnesses, but that he's sure his friends will show up without having to be subpoenaed. He also started saying something regarding Jodi's mom being thrown out of the courtroom during the last restraining order hearing. I cut him off there because I was working on a large project for my job, and told him I didn't have time to deal with that.
11:00 A.M. I called Mike RE: subpoena comment. He said he was not going to have us subpoenaed, but he was, instead, referring to his neighbors. Mike stated that Lisa (from the check cashing place) had told him that Cory approached her regarding offering Mike a place to stay. Mike stated that he felt this was underhanded, sneaky and sabotage. Mike stated that by December 1st, he is moving to xxxxxxx and had already told the current leasing office. He also stated that a person from his mother's church was sending money for Danny to get a plane ticket. He further stated that Lisa was taking him to dinner.
11/15/07 Cory told me that Kim had told him the previous day that the locks were changed due to "somebody" breaking the key off inside the lock.
11:00 A.M. Mike called me, stating that he is planning an "intervention" because Cory is "on drugs". This idea came about after he placed a call to Luis, Cory's boss. Mike stated that Luis is "fixing to fire Cory". When asked why he thinks Cory is using drugs, he stated that the neighbors have witnessed Cory doing drugs in the complex and that Mike has found drug paraphernalia in Cory's belongings. Mike read off two letters (one from Michael Shelton, one from Brian and Laura) of the several he solicited from his own friends to Cory for the intervention. He has solicited letters from his mother, xxxxxxxx, Michael Shelton, Brian and Laura, Larry, Danny. He stated that the letter from his mother was being faxed to him by the nurses at the nursing home. Intervention is being planned at Cory's place of employment one afternoon next week, when Jodi is not around.
1:40 P.M. Mike called me. He stated he was in the process of writing his intervention letter, and that it sounded very angry. He read me what he had already written. Mike stated that he wants Cory and Jodi to "blow up", and that he has visions of Jodi "driving down the road and her car bursting into flames". He further stated that the intervention was going to be tomorrow night, Friday, at his house, and that he was going to have Luis bring Cory to Mike's house.
4:30 to 7:30 P.M. Waited at Dunkin Donuts for police officer to arrive with Cory and Jodi, Luis, John and the kids. Once police officer arrived, followed everyone to the apartment and helped Cory remove his belongings. The first thing Mike said when we walked in was "I guess the intervention is off". Mike kept stating that it wasn't fair and that Cory was "taking everything". Mike also kept stating that he was going to take Cory to court over the belongings that Cory was taking and the police officer told him "don't talk about it, just do it". Jodi stayed in our truck with our children and sat in the front passenger seat. Mike's brother, Danny sat in the driver's seat, helped open the back of our truck, and saw both trucks fully loaded. Mike stated at one point that he couldn’t find his cell phone. I personally showed him where it was on the air mattress in the bedroom. He picked it up. Cory stated that he asked Mike where it was later, and Mike pulled it out of his pocket, then put it back in his pocket. When we left, Mike was on the balcony, holding a phone to his ear. Cory had taken the cordless house phone.
9:30 P.M. Arrived home and retrieved answering machine messages. There were three phone calls from Mike, the first stating Cory and Luis were sitting with a police officer at Dunkin Donuts. The other two calls, he did not leave messages. The first of the two unmessaged calls was at 8:30 p.m. from Mike's home phone number. The second was at 9:16 p.m. from Mike's cell phone number.
10:00 P.M. Lisa called and stated that Danny was texting her from Mike's cell phone, and had given her my number and asked her to call me. She stated that Danny was texting her messages that Mike "committed suicide at 8:15 tonight", and that he was walking to the hospital. Lisa also stated that Danny was saying something was wrong with the cell phone, and he could only text message. Lisa stated she had been texting with Danny for over an hour, and his story had not changed. Lisa and I called all the emergency rooms in Tucson, and I called 911 to see if anybody had Mike or Michael Shoemaker, or any John Doe. Nobody had him. Then "Danny" texted her saying things like "Where's my brother? I need help", and "everything's gone", even though Danny had been sitting in one of the fully loaded trucks. I asked Lisa to ask Danny where he was, that I could come pick him up and take him to the hospital. He replied that he was walking home and was almost there. Shortly thereafter, he said the phone was out of money and he couldn't text anymore.
10:46 P.M. Mike called me stating that he was fine, that Tommy's girlfriend took him to Target to get an air mattress and that he had just arrived home, and found a message on voice mail from Lisa. He called her back and she filled him in on what was going on. Mike stated to me that he stated that he couldn't have committed suicide if he was checking out at Target at 8-something, and read off of his receipt. He also stated that he knew Cory and Jodi had stolen his cell phone, and that they were the ones doing the texting with Lisa, and that the message had gone to everyone in his phone book on his phone. Mike further stated he hoped Cory and Jodi "died", amongst many other things that I did not write down. Mike then proceeded to read the letter from his mother for the intervention. He read one sentence that sounded very familiar to me as the one he read me earlier, then stated that wait, that was his letter. He then found his mother's letter, and upon reading it, the first sentence was the same as his. Mike then continued to discuss how Cory and Jodi had stolen his phone, and that he would find out where Cory was staying.

3:44 A.M. Michael Shelton from California called, stating that he had received a text message around 1:00 a.m. that said Mike had committed suicide. I have never spoken to Michael Shelton, and my phone number is unlisted. John spoke to him. I heard John saying it was "all a bunch of bullcrap", and explaining to Michael Shelton what had happened last night.
6:59 A.M. I called Mike's house number to find out why Michael Shelton had my phone number. There was no answer. I left voice mail that I needed to talk to him, and to call me back.
8:25 A.M. Mike called me back. I asked Mike why Michael Shelton had my phone number, and Mike replied that the text messages had gone to everyone in his address book, and that one of the messages sent out contained my phone number, and asked to contact me. He was at Lisa's last night and saw the text messages on her cell phone from his cell phone. Mike stated that Lisa told him she was going to call her cell phone company and get the test messages printed out. He also stated that he had just gotten back from Lisa's house this morning. Mike stated that he was going to call T Mobile to report his phone stolen, and that he was going to ask if his cell phone had some sort of tracking device. Mike said if it did, he was going to the police to have them track his phone, and the person who had it would be interrogated. Mike then stated that he couldn't have sent the text messages, to just "ask xxxxxx", xxxxxxx's girlfriend, that he was doing nothing but walking around Target. Mike also stated he's going to a family lawyer who accepts payment plans to get his "life back", and that he worked too hard to just let go of everything. Mike stated that his mom has a hearing now for Social Security fraud, due to the anonymous call they received to report his mother. Mike also stated that he was going to the prosecutor's office to tell them that he suspects Cory stole his phone, and gave it to Jodi, who then sent the text messages. Mike then stated that he had found someone to stay with, as long as he contributed to groceries, and that it was not Lisa. Mike stated that he was ready to "just disappear", and that he doesn’t think Jodi realizes the pain and suffering she causes with her "sick little stunts". I reiterated to Mike that this was not what I signed up for, that it was absolutely insane, and that I was done. I do not want any more involvement. I do not want police at my house, nor do I want to be served in front of my children again. He again stated that he would not have us served.
9:30 A.M. Received a call from Lisa, asking me to be completely honest as to my dealings with Mike. I did just that. I also told Lisa that I knew for a fact neither Cory, nor Jodi had stolen Mike's phone, nor did either of them send the text messages last night, but I did not tell her how I knew that. I explained to Lisa that the suicide thing was a pattern, that it happened any time Mike and Cory had a problem. She stated that Jodi called her boss and lodged a complaint against her. I told her that I believe I may have given Jodi the information regarding that complaint, but it was not done maliciously, but rather to let Jodi know that she might want to cash checks someplace not familiar to Mike if she didn't want Mike knowing her personal information. Lisa said that I had confirmed her suspicions, and that she wanted no part of all of this. She confirmed Mike had stayed with her last night, but that she took him home with all his belongings this morning, and that he would NOT be staying with her, for any length of time.
6:19 P.M. Mike called me. He informed me that he had just gotten home from work. He stated that earlier in the day, he had reported his cell phone stolen to T Mobile, and that the phone would just have to run out of money, that they wouldn’t shut it off, but that at least he wouldn't be held responsible for any threatening phone calls from that phone. He also stated that his "cell phone had called him" earlier that afternoon, and that he hoped his cell phone "wouldn't be making any 4:00 a.m. phone calls". The remainder of the conversation was in regards to how empty his apartment was, and how quiet it was, and that it was driving him crazy, how he couldn't wait for Cory to "come home". He was trying to pump me for information about Cory and Jodi's relationship, and whether or not I thought they would last.

1:17 P.M. Cory took and completed an at home drug test. I witnessed all steps of the test, and all steps were correctly followed, and verified by myself and John. The test is for amphetamines, methamphetamines, ecstasy, marijuana, cocaine and opiates. All test windows showed negative results, and have been verified by both John and myself.

4:41 P.M. Michael Shelton called to speak with Cory, and I informed him of Cory's drug test results.
11/19/07
7:36 P.M. Mike called me, and stated that Cory had "come by" the apartment earlier to talk. He also stated that he had gone to the police department and gotten copies of all the police reports, and that the reports had made for some interesting reading. He stated that on one of the police reports, a police officer had noted that he/she overheard Jodi on her cell phone to her mother yelling something to the effect of "he's lying to get what he wants" and "he's a fag". Mike then proceeded to tell me that one of the police reports had my address listed as a forwarding address for Cory, and asked if Cory was staying here. I told him no. Mike also stated that a neighbor of his had contacted him saying Jodi had called them, but I cannot remember what Mike's version of what Jodi said was. Mike further stated that Lisa would not talk to him, and that xxxxxxx had called him and told him that xxxxx does not like him, and that she is no longer allowed to talk to him. He said that at that point, and after seeing my address as Cory's forwarding address, that he believed that everybody was on "Cory's side", and that we all thought Mike was the crazy one.
That's when I stopped taking notes.
