    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I really wish Paypal would be a bit cooperative with this, as well as all the other buyers. It'd be nice to know where everything stands.

From what I can tell, Neub (Jacklyne V from Tucson) is the only person who posted over here that has NOT been refunded yet.

Dennis,

Around here we have a 'Blue Santa' program where police officers raise funds for children who would otherwise not have Christmas gifts. If y'all have that, it might be one of the ideas for any surplus.

You know, that figures. I was sort of wondering why there's no designation under his name, such as no longer a registered user. Does that not mean that he could still place auctions and rip off more people? Also, I wonder if the second Paypal account has been closed. I think I'm going to have to find that out right quick.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I haven't been refunded yet, either! PayPal insists I have to wait until the end of this week or beginning of next to give Mike time to respond to their inquiry. I sent them a nice little response to a survey they asked me to complete (see below).

The customer service agent was polite and friendly, however, the fact that I had proof that I am being ripped off by a known thief, I feel that my case, along with the 11 others who were misinformed, stolen from and denied a gift for their children's Christmas, should have been elevated at the first call from one of his victims.

When PayPal can get proof, prior to the seller responding to their request for information within the 10 days, PayPal MUST freeze the account so that no money can be dispursed by the seller. This seller has ripped off 12 people that I am aware of under his Ebay name of matchbox315. He is not only using his account, but he is laundering money through his mother's account (which he told me was his wife's account). I urge you to read the following thread about Michael Shoemaker and how he has stolen from everyone in his path, including his own mother!! Within the text, he actually has stated to "friends" that he has stolen from people on Ebay and through PayPal.

He must be stopped and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I believe, that because he has stolen from people in the US and Canada, there has to have been some international laws broken!

The other problem I have with the way this case has been handled is that I won and paid $387.68 for a PS3 system that I will not be able to get for my children for Christmas. Not only are the systems not available, but I don't have the money reimbursed to me to even try to purchase one before Christmas. Keep in mind, I am NOT the only person who is in this situation.

I would be very grateful if you could waive the 10 days and withdraw any money that Mike Shoemaker, or Sherry Shoemaker, have in their PayPal account to refund those people who have been victimized by his cruelty and lies!

I was one of the many that you RIPPED off on Ebay. I just want to inform you that I have filled out a Paypal dispute to get my money back. Also, I along with others are going to take it a step farther and file a police report. This way maybe you can reap the consequences of your wrong doings. I had bought this Play Station as a Christmas gift to my brother. I hear you have a brother, and you probably wouldn't want someone taking something away from you that you had bought rightly for your brother. If you need money bad enough to steal from hard working people, go get a JOB like the rest of the world. It is the Christmas season...a tiime for spending time with family and giving...NOT STEALING. Because of you, now my brother doesn't have a gift because of YOU! I don't see how you sleep at night with a bad concience, knowing you are stealing from inoccent people! I believe in Karma, and hat goes around comes around! This is going to come back and bite you in the tail. I hope you have a Very Merry Christmas! Think hard about how the ones you stole from and how they are going to have a worse Christmas becasue they can't give the gifts they bought for their family!
