Ebay strikes again. Deleted this one as well.



I am beginning to think Ebay and Paypal are out for themselves only. Based on personal experience and from what I have heard from others, they can't be bothered helping out people that got ripped off.

When I spoke with ebay they told me sorry but since this acocunt is suspended they can not offer any of the sellers information or list anything they have auctioned basically they are taking down evidnece of this acocutn period! BS

As most of you know, now, Michael and Tere are both good solid people who know how important trust and honesty are to maintaining a relationship.

It's a damn shame mikey has this pathological need to be such a weeny but I am glad to see a new friendship blossom out of his weeniness.

Jacklyne, his most recent personal information has been provided by Tere in this thread. There really isn't any need for you to request his information from eBay considering its most likely inaccurate anyway.

As far as eBay is concerned, at this point, you are on your own. eBays only interest right now is in collecting the listing fees for the auctions from Mike if he hasn't already paid them.

that's because the Tucson Police dont really do anythign when you actually need them. I know that form being a long time resident.

Nope, Tracie, not a peep from them, yet. I'm going to try contacting them again today, as I'm hoping to have a free second or two.

Update: Tucson P.D. did finally call me. They took down ALL Mike's information. I specifically asked the Officer if I was going to be in trouble for this, and was told "not in any way". I am SOOOOOOO relieved. Maybe I can take a full breath now.

Jacklyn, first sorry this has happened to you. Secondly, it is a requirement of the BOI to have your full name on every post. I would hate to see your posts get deleted because this rule is strctly enforced. And last, where in AZ are you located? I have a very good reason to ask.

Now, again! I understand your position but you have to respect this site. The good people of this forum have gone out of their way to help you and others that Mike has scammed. You need to respect the few rules we have here. We care about this community and this forum. As much as Mike is a scumbag your posts shouldn’t be allowed if you aren’t willing to put your name to them.

Now, I’m really done being polite. You agreed to follow the rules of this site when you signed up and posted. Like I stated, I’m acting as a moderator making sure the rules that we have established here are followed. I’m also a member who believes those basic rules need to be followed.
