So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

After speaking with tere over the phone ( a very nice lady btw) I contacted the local PD, but because my Shop I have is where I was having the order sent to and is also where I purchased it from I had to call the sheriffs department, , this is very silly because there is about .5 mile strech in town that is consider county, this I so happen to be in :angry: after moneking with that I got through to a Deputy Lawson and case # is 071712168 this is the fraud case filed against him. I told her about Tere's case as well and they took that case # too. They said if there are enough filed ect.. that they will all be injunction with eachother to make it a strong case. I find the sheriffs department much quicker and more efficent the TPD thus far. I was also told to post a screen shot of my trnasaction to Shoemaker, how do I do a screen shot??

filed on december 12th 2007 Deputy Lawson and case # is 071712168 with Pima County sheriff department. I have had a couple friends who had to file a similar complaint and I was told for frausd and such that it is also a good idea to go to the Attorney generals office. In the meantime i am awaiting a response back from the sheriffs department Hopefully with the collaberation from tere's case they will actual make a move with this issue. If anyone else has filed a Police report and has a case # please pass it along as it is good for the department to have them to show how many reports have been filed to strength this case. This is beyond just a refund Shoemaker needs to be held accountable for all his actions, from wot it appears to me is he has taken far more then just $4300 from us he has obviously devasted and caused chaos and turmoil for many people on here. After reading all of this I am truly sorry for you guys he used and abused. and consider myself lucky that I was only ripped off for a ps3.

I dont think you can pull all that up anymore can you? Didnt they suspend certian options on there, I had an emailing stating soemthign along those lines. I also recieved some crappy little mass mailer called paypal chain letter. Im so aggrevated with pay pal I never want to see anything from them again. Now they are running osmething along the lines of a pyyramid scheme. Ill link it up here when I have a chance.

I have no clue. I just tried doing an advanced search using furrylildevils, and it said something about that user id didn't exist...something like that. Was it within the last week that we can't do that anymore? I am so out of the loop.

Hi Tere,

Sad to say, but I don't even remember where I went to find that information on ebay. I think because his account is closed, all the others are gone now, too.

Here's my PS3 update....spoke with Paypal again last night at appox. 7pm and they informed me that Mike had until midnight last night to contact PayPal. If he didn't contact them, the money should be put back in my account within 24 hours. Of course, it's still not there!

Is that a chain letter designed for PayPal? Who is Rick, WHO? What does it have to do with Mike Shoemaker? We try hard to keep things on topic in the BOI. If you've looked around, posts get way out of hand with the gibberish, and result in 2000+ posts.

It has little to do with people being disgruntled and more to do with your unwillingness to read and follow the few rules in place in regards to posting on the BOI.

Well, it looks like PayPal made their decision in my favor, except, it looks like there are NO funds left in Mike's account to refund our money. Nowhere in PayPal's email to me does it say that they will find him and prosecute him. This is just sick!! I've seen numerous posts to switch from PayPal to Google. DO IT!
