The facts ...
Fact: Dale can't type or spell worth a damn. I think even he gets it.
Fact: Dale has something of hot head and a loose tongue and should probably think before he speaks (types) sometimes. I think even he gets it. Remember that, Dale!
Fact: Dale was given an invalid DHL tracking number. When Antoinette sent the correct number (in response to Dale's email of Friday the 9th to advise THEM of the invalid tracking number), she told him the roaches would be delivered by 5PM Saturday, May 10th.
Fact: DHL shows delivery to "residence door" on Friday, May 9th at 3:14 PM. Obviously Dale was not expecting it, based on the info he'd been provided.
Fact: A refund to Dale has been referenced time and time again. First by Antoinette, then by Mike ... now DHL is supposedly handling it?

Please give me the details of the other shippment in hopes we can solve the problem faster."

Mike Stefani, 5-27, Post #67, "Dale The long weekend is over! As stated to you and this board a FEW TIMES now, your getting refunded your money!!!!!"
Mike Stefani, 6-13, Post #140, "Again you will be getting refunded your $175.00! Please quit your crying...you remind me of one of my 8 kids!!
DHL is taking care of this situation."
Antoinette Stefani, 6-18, Post #186, "Dale, When you do get your refund are you going to recant all of these things you say? No you won't yet you'll still have your refund. I am waiting for DHL to credit my account for our deal. You should have taken our first offer to give you your money back!"
This whole debacle may not be the Stefani's fault, but it certainly isn't Dale's fault either. The 72 hours for an "investigation" is long passed. The above quotes and statements look like nothing more than excuse-making, back-peddling, refusing to refund Dale yourselves because he did not request it in a more timely manner and now passing the buck to DHL. What a bunch of crap!
I can pay somebody in 5 minutes whether I write a check or use PayPal ... there is no excuse for him to have waited this long. And yeah, it looks a lot like poor customer service. As for placing an order (just to spite Dale) as I saw others post they were going to do ... nah.
