Unfortunately if you want to use the site, the rules apply to everyone including yourself. I don't care if people come here and argue with each other for another 20 pages. Look at the top right hand corner. It will say "Welcome, animalloverinct" with "You last visited: (date)" and then "Private Messages: Unread (whatever number) , Total (whatever number)".

A new message beside "Unread" should be in bold black.

No, because you and every other pro-Mindy post are still here. Multiple accounts and false registrations are not permitted, nor is posting on the BOI without a full name and city. Rules apply to everyone -- I got fragged a few times yesterday for posting uncensored profanity in my screenshots. The admin do not take sides here. Never have.

Hardly. I haven't been following this thread, nor do I intend to spend the time reading it. I don't need to know the details to moderate this particular issue. Full names are required on this site, and they have been required on the BOI for far longer than that. Violation of that particular rule is one of the very few things that can get BOI posts removed. The post itself isn't deleted, the content is simply removed.

Nothing that she wrote has been removed, nor is anything she said relevant enough to warrant screen shots...but knock yourself out. If Robert bans that account, though, don't bother trying to relay anything.

That is correct...but not in the manner you are suggesting. Those privileges are the perks of paid membership; and they are distributed to all members according to subscription level (yes, people that pay more receive more perks) Paid membership does not, however, buy special consideration where the rules are concerned. If you don't believe that - ask the paid members whether they get infractions for crossing the lines.

Doesn't feel any different than addressing a 12 yr old that doesn't follow the rules, a 34 yr old that doesn't follow the rules, or even a 61 yr old that doesn't follow the rules.

People will not be banned for a difference of opinion; only for non-compliance with the rules.
Paying members are subject to the same rules as non-paying members.

I vote for leaving the posts here. Based on the IP matches, I think retaining them serves a better purpose then deleting them would. Any NEW posts made after the ban expires SHOULD, however, be deleted immediately unless a real full name that has been VERIFIED as being accurate and truthful has been received and accepted as being legitimate.

I wasn't going to remove the stuff that was already there - just anything that came after I drew a line in the sand...the only post made after that was in direct response to Robert, so I left it. I would be half surprised if they couldn't come up with an ID to confirm the name; but I probably still wouldn't believe it was a separate - unrelated - person posting.
