• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.
  • Responding to email notices you receive.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Mystic vs. Mojave?

So what about something like this, I'm interested in purchasing this male as I was told it's a possible mystic and if not it's a mojave. The only problem is whether the cost is worth the risk. What do you guys think?

Hmmm.. Hard to tell.. There is a guy on kingsnake selling poss mystics and he gots em priced at what he sees.. like if it looks more mystic then its the higher priced one.. but he himself said he didnt know enough about the differences between them to distinguish which was which.
 
Yeah thats the same guy I was thinking about trying to get one off of but its really a hard gamble, not sure I can justify "guessing" with that kind of money especially when there may be something so simple to it as looking at the belly. Who knows if he had others that he's holding back that were guaranteed mystics. Not saying he's a lier or a scammer I'm just saying there may have been some in the clutch that he knows were mystics and since these he's unsure of, he's selling them with an increased price tag but they could prove to be nothing more than a nice looking male mojave.
 
Yeah idk.. I mean on one hand u can be paying 400-800 for a mystic which is really good but then again its hella expensive if it turned out to be just a mojave..
 
exactly and the one I posted belly pictures of doesn't really look like the picture Louis posted of his mystics belly. You can see that the flames extend into a belly pattern and there's even pattern in the white area. I don't think I can justify the gamble at this point but I have a friend in town who has a mystic so I'm going to check her's out and we'll see if its worth the gamble at the end of the day :shrug01:
