I am NOT responsible for carrier delays. Who is? Once the dragon has been passed out of my hands, What can I do? Have I replaced a animal because I had a animal spent 8 days in the mail in fifty degree weather? (actual occurrence a month ago) Yes I did. I sent that customer a animal that was retailed 150 dollars higher than the one that was purchased. An I am pretty sure I sent that man another dragon at no cost, because he was so patient on the incident. ALSO the dragon that spent 8 days in the mail in those temps came back to me WITHOUT a problem. Ate on spot, not sick at all. I am only sure wher one of your dragons would have died. (as you said on the phone you had animal die in a 3 day transit. Same temps) Need another mans word to back mine up. Ask Mike at sunshine dragons. I was in touch with him about this throughout those 8 days. Sorry to mention you Mike as you stay neutral, an I respect that.
With keeping a customers Deposit. This rule was set into play when a over seas customer bought a small lot at a discounted rate. I held the animals for 2 months, and when It was time to ship. The customer wanted his money back. So i returned his money, and decided that this was unacceptable. So I made a rule to clarify that this was not tolerable. I DO have to look out for the best interest for my bus. for my animals, and myself. I have had to use that rule and enforce it. It seems to be only with overseas customers. They changed there mind after you hold a animal for a month or two because they found another animal they want in that time frame, and want there money back so they can purchase it. This is not acceptable or good buss. practice, in my eyes. An its not a rule that is hidden. As you can tell, steven pointed it out. As he even pointed out
pending on housing and care If i am holding a dragon for a few days, a week, whatever, I do not ask to be compensated. but holding a wholesale lot for a month, is costly. Lighting, feeding, cleaning, and time. All cost money. I know your lights in the pics dont cost much because there not even the proper watts, nicole. I know your not putting time into cleaning these dragons because this is not the first time a health issue has been brought up, and unresolved.

Why is a customer going to take a dragon to the vets spend 100 bucks only to find out it was seeing its reflection in the glass tank and was stressed. If I feel an animal needs the special attention of a vet, I will be the first one to send you there.
