In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Natalie Beacom=Problem Buyer...

Here's the part where i school you.. so sit back and listen to your lesson ..

actually the reason they eat small rocks is because to ground up there food like what a bird does.. Birds don't have teeth nether does a turtle they cant just eat something whole so in order for the food item to digest properly they have to eat rocks..

I don't know what school you went to, but it's obvious that the American school system failed you. Flabbergasting.

now if you don't be leave me go Google or Yahoo that..

Oh and it's regularly not regularily

You have got to be :censored: kidding me. With all the errors you make - whether they be typos, or you simply not being smart enough to know better - you've got a lot of nerve correcting somebody for THAT.

Again, your cockiness is incredible, especially for one that has been caught...stretching the truth, shall we say...so many times. Yes, turtles will eat rocks, but I have yet to see a legitimate article explaining why they do so (granted, I haven't looked recently). How about directing us at something a little more substantial than links to forum discussions? Sure, it can be found in those discussions that it is thought that they eat rocks to aid in digestion...but, one will also come across statements that the reason is not known. When I've looked around on this topic in the past, I came across speculations that the rocks helped serve as ballast, and that they made it easier for the turtles to submerge quickly. I could come here and say that it's simply because they don't know any better - doesn't mean its true.
True, birds and turtles do not have teeth, but their digestive systems are not the same. Besides, I'm sure that with all your turtle experience, you've seen how they eat - they do a pretty good job of creating bite sized pieces, lol.

Now, I'm not saying that they don't eat rocks, or that the rocks don't serve to aid digestion. But I'm damn sure not going to take YOUR word for it.

(sorry, the first line of my previous post wasn't supposed to be there...it was left over from what I was quoting)

lol i think that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.. how the heck do they make it on their own out in the wild? We've had this female the biggest one in our tank for this April 7 2009 for 45 years.. my husband's dad had her as a pet.. Spaz the 2nd oldest is 18 year old this past Aug 18th. if anything would have happened to the turtles i think it would have happened by now..

The last time I checked snakes don't "grind" up thier food either. The ony good thier teeth are for is to help them get the mice down and then the digestive juices take effect. No rock eating for them, and Your the FIRST one to ever suggest that turtles are like birds and have a gizzard. Incase you didn't realize THAT is why birds take in bits of gravel, to crush up thier food IN THIER GIZZARD.

You better do some more research before you continue to "rescue" many more animals.

This whole thing is disgusting, Natalie.

You've personally attacked me, threatened to harass me on the phone, and continually take advantage of the Springfield Herp community.

Either take down that website and give the whole rescue charade up (you can even just tell everyone around town that you weren't approved; no big deal) or I'll gladly out you instead.

I suggest a time limit given for her to comply, so she won't waste a lot of time with BS and manage to acquire a lot more animals in the meantime.

Good point!

Personally, I don't think it should take much time to take a website offline... but now that I think about it, she's posted ads EVERYWHERE about her rescue.

Natalie, remove you website, all ads, all signatures, and your name from all of those rescue directories by tomorrow night. You need to also let it be known that you are not a rescue. No more taking in free animals under false pretenses; and trust me Natalie, we belong to the same community; I WILL know.

If you can't stop this whole illegal rescue thing, then I will gladly do it for you. Rest assured that everyone you have lied to, including your "references" will have a hard copy of this thread along with any other obvious evidence that you are illegally claiming to be a non-profit rescue.

I know you tried to prove me wrong. Which is fine Natalie. I just do not believe if those pictures of the water monitor are from "when you first got it" that you wouldn't post any pictures after you did a "better" job of housing the animals. A tidbit of info, aspen is a poor choice of substrate for a monitor. They like to dig and having something they can dig in, that holds some form is much better. Also aspen holds poor humidity.

Her time limit was up as of 9am this morning. I contacted the Internal Revenue Service Investigation Unit and reported Natalie & Aaron. I explained that she has refused numerous requests for me to view her documentation validating that she is running a legitimate non-profit 501 c 3. I referred the investigator to her company website and after about 15 minutes on hold I was informed that they would be investigating the matter. I was additionally informed, that under penalties, if she were a legitimate non profit organization doing business online (through the Internet), that such documentation is required to be posted for public view online to avoid any such penalties. This is something she should have been well aware of (its in the guidelines book she posted). For everyday that information is not made available for public view a penalty fine is imposed. The exact dollar amount I did not ask. Its also retroactive if they determine the organization has been operating for whatever duration without one.

So shutting down her business now really doesn't matter. The investigator has seen it and is well aware that it exists. I imagine it would only be worse if she were to attempt to destroy evidence during an investigation.

There are two agencies that I would never in a million years :censored: around with, and thats the DMV and the IRS.

She is neck deep in :censored:.

Merry Christmas, Nat. :(

i havent done anything wrong i dont look people they look me up.. i havent sold reptiles so im not fraudulent.. my reptiles are healthy as can be.. i have every thing set up.. you try to shut me down they will laugh at you ask you has she done anything wrong to you and whats your reply well no then no case.. i welcome anything you throw my way.. my website is on a free site i pay nothing for it so you cant shut it down.. like i said i need to post pics of the rescues i get in if you'd all like to see them.. and show your what i have done to turn them around again..

I'm not out to make money off these reptiles if i was why am i out of money every week.. because of the money for the food for them.. the big burm

eats a 5.5 lb rabbit (15.00) every 2 weeks the retic takes in 2 jumbo (7.00

x2 14.00) rats each week.. the balls 2 adult (2.99 x4 12.00) mice each.. the

2 red tail 1 (3.99 x2 8.00) small rat each.. the albino gopher takes in 2

(2.99 x2 6.00) adult mics as well.. the Florida king eats 2 (2.99 x2 6.00)

adult mice and the speckled king eats 2 (1.99 x2 4.00) hoppers

so this a week in just food is a grand total of : 65.00 a week

X 4 a month is 260.00

a whole year x 12 months is 3120

not to say aboiut vet bills that i have to pay if they need shots for URI's, mites, shed problems, intestinal parasites or what ever they might have..

so i think its safe to say i'm NOT in it for the money..

If you have been operating without a 501 3 c, you have committed fraud.

If you have been operating with a 501 3 c, you are not in compliance with the guidelines of operating a non-profit organization which carries penalties. It could mean a revocation of your current status and/or fines being imposed.

I don't know about jail time, but I hope its not that severe.

No matter how you slice it, you screwed up and you're going to have to stand tall before the man.

There was an easier way out for you here, you chose not to take it. I'm sorry that it had to turn out this way. If you do have an attorney as you claim, I'd think about contacting him NOW.

BTW, the investigator did comment that she found it remarkable that you've been operating a legal non-profit rescue for the last 9 years. Considering you are 25 years old, that would put you at the tender age of just 16 years old. False statements like that in the effort to commit fraud you really really pisses them off. Or so that is the impression that I got out of it.

I would like your pictures of your water monitor as well as your adult iguana enclosures. I don't care how they came in. I care about how they are now.

Your food bill is wrong. Your burmese, as you said, only eats every other week. So it alternates between 50 and 65.

I got scared there for a minute before I realized her husband shared my name. :D

You also have an albino reticulated python picture at the top of your website without giving the photographer credit. I have seen very similar photos by a photographer of the name Steve Gooch. I could be wrong, but it looks similar.

I just called a IRS the lady Abby ID #53869 said they don't care about online crap that's going on and they throw it out.. they have better things to do then to care people throwing fits on here..

also Chuck Kimmel there is no record of your calling them at all anywhere in there computer systems you are in fact my man a LIER!!!

and im sitll on the phone with her as we speak so choose your words wisely

I guess if you flip the scrip and tell them that you just take in animals that your friends don't want and you just calling yourself a rescue but have no intentions of defrauding anyone....a different spin on the story..might get that response.

Please, while you have her online, tell her about my tax bill maybe she will see that it's a mistake and that I haven't done anything wrong either by operating a business out of my home.
