I assure you no one is trying to hide from you. Chris explained to you what happened in trying to obtain the items you paid for. Not only was your money lost in that deal, but so was a lot of ours. We are working as diligently as possible to get everyone paid.
We are in the process of getting a check that is going to clear everything up for everyone involved. Believe me, no one wants to be harassed and we don't like the fact that we have had to put peoples money on hold. It was not a choice that we made.
You keep leaving messages and emails...I cannot pay you what I don't have. I am working very hard to get this cleared up. We are not here living it up while you are waiting. I am meeting with my contact persons on Monday. I will have a better idea of the date that everything will be finalized.
If you will please stop harassing me/us, you will be the first person I contact with an answer of a definitive date that you will get your money back.

Visa has paid me in full after I filed the "goods not received" claim with them. They removed the funds from Chris Hunter's Merchant account.
