    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Heyyyyyyy, great idea scott. Then maybe, if the fates smile upon you someone will start pm'ing you with all of your typos and misspellings and then someone else can pick up that guy and so on and so on and so on........

I have horrible spelling and grammar (thanks Alvaro!). Public Schooling all the way!! My point was that those that do it badly should not make fun of others. (my post was as a joke... as I would not do that!) Thats all!

Notice how the answer Bobby gave looks like a trick answer ? If you remember your original question, then you will notice the
( YES)

Why do you not go after Bobby for that ?

I have very bad grammar, and I do not make fun of others grammer because I know I have none. It was a joke type thing seeing bobby does not want to explain what he meant.
Maybe you could explain it for me seeing your the allmighty great one.
 
Judgement

I just got the judgement in the mail and the judge granted 'The Defendants' motion to dismiss because the court doesn't feel it can excersise personal jurisdiction over 'The Defendant'. This means that if I want to sue him I have to file in Ohio.

But it doesnt change the FACT that Tim Bowles ripped u off for 2500.00 plus dollars........
 
That decision both blows and sucks but nowhere near as badly as tim does.

I hope you take it to Ohio and see it through.

I know your gonna loose any money you might win in cost trying to tag him, but if you are able to afford it go get him. I know that if I were in your shoes, I would put his a@@ to the frying pan on this one. However I am luckily in a good enough finacial position to be able to say that. If someone pulled something like this with me, you can bet your sweet ___ I would be in Ohio for his day in court.

Tim Bowles is worth spending
thousands of your dollars on, and he knows it and knew it when he pulled this scam.After all that has been written and all that has been said, take some satisfaction

the fool.Anyone with eyes and half a brain can see what happened here, and I for one

This incident has definitely enlightened alot of folks on what they can expect if they deal with certain individuals involved in these threads.
 
i have never bought nor do know personally any of the people involved or mentioned in this thread. however
i can say without a doubt
i would never buy anything from tim bowels or bobby puret or anyone whom associates themselves with them (ralph chapman and others not mentioned) after reading this thread and also reading the threads on the war rooms.
they may have nice animals and whatnot but their behavior,demenior and launhuage has said more about them than any bad or good thread could ever have. just cuz you can talk dirty, play dirty games and weele your way into and out of siuations and coversations doesnt mean you are a respoinsible adult.... it all sounds like high school drama to me anywho... and we should have ended that period of our lives years ago (some of us more years than others hehe)

I would go a step further Danny and say that this experience of Matt's proves to us all that a person such as Tim Bowles can blatantly and publicly rip someone off to the tune of $2500 or more and smugly get away with it with no problems.

If Matt pursues this further I would think he will have a better chance in Ohio court...as it would be awfully hard for the state of Florida to enforce any rulling...ie. to send a sheriff to Tim's door to collect money or take him to jail!!

Matt, I don't know if the laws are the same here in Ca. as they are in Ohio but, if he owns his house or wherever he lives put a lien on it. Here if there is a lien the property can't be sold until the lien is removed. Even if it's 30 years from now if that lien is recorded he can't sell the property. I really hope it works that way in this instance as well.

Good luck getting your justice from this scumbag.

If Matt were to get a judgement against Tim he could indeed get a lien on his property or properties.

Well getting a court decision in Florida might have a little bit of concern to an out of state herper. Does Tim Bowles go to Expo in Daytona Beach? He may be reluctant to go there if he thought there would be a sheriff waiting for him at the door. But of course, perhaps Mr. Bowles will be giving up such activities anyway.

But what puzzles me about all this is, wasn't Tim Bowles one of the good guys?
