    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Info Need some advice on a situation involving Alea Rodriguez.

Alea, I was curious about something written in the very first post. Are you and Elexis co-administrators of the same Facebook group, or how did all of that come up?

We were and I left because I got tired of having to deal with it all the time. Admin isn't my thing and I don't do people well. She got mad more or less because I wouldn't tell her why I left I just told her don't worry about it like u know I don't want to talk about... I had enough and snapped I guess I dunno but that's not something I do often....

Just waiting on keith. I am sad to see them go, but my intention NEVER was to keep them. And had she been civil when I tried to be and to come to terms it never would have come this far.

I don't appreciate being told I'm trying to justify keeping them, that I'm bad because I care about if the animals would have been able to be cared for, etc. You can think I'm petty, playing the victim, etc all you want but it certainly isn't the case. Have someone repeatedly slap you in the face while doing them a huge favor and see how you feel when they then speak to you and treat you the way I was. I may have come off defensive but look at the way I was repeatedly told I'm trying to keep them, that I'm horrible for caring if they'll be cared for or not etc. No they're not mine but I will NEVER send an animal where I think it won't be cared for, if that makes me bad in your eyes then I question your heart. Have a good day everyone.

It was your own words that brought this whole scene to your door. You came asking advice and then showed your behind when many people gave it to you. We can revisit your statements if you wish. But instead, why not just shut up and let it go away. I do not even think you will, but maybe you should consider it.

One of the more "entertaining" threads I've read in a long time, thus my Povich/Springer comment earlier on. It really doesn't belong here. That being said, have I missed something? The messages in the second post and one later on paints quite a picture. I am NO FAN of Alexis whatsoever, but find Alea to be a foul mouthed loose cannon and one of the biggest drama queens (even moreso than Alexis) with a serious greed for attention. Talk about melodramatics.
 
Alea is not at all like that. If she was her "best friend" she would have known not to tell her to calm down. You either let her vent or leave her alone. Common sense. I'm a loose cannon as well and can do that if someone pushes me enough. There are also missing messages from what Alexis posted.

you (and to all the others who have postcd positively and provided support, financially or otherwise). Our convern is with the animals, nothing else.
Eight hour round trip tomorrow to pick up a group of 15 or so from a closed zoo, then Volunteer Appreciation Night at the facility.
