I have just sent off this email to Mr. Neil Gubitz:

Smart move, Neil. REAL smart..... I warned you that your sneering at people was going to bite you in the butt.

I am going to refund you the balance due on your banner ad and I would like you to leave my site. I've known this all along, but you are not really a supporter of my site, and only like the amusement it gives you and a sounding board for your sarcasm. Quite frankly, I don't need it and I think my site will be far better off without you on it.

I am NOT banning you, just asking you to be on your way.

But when it comes time to publicly post...Neil posts the exact opposite.

A supporter of the site? What is he supproting? He does not respect the site. I do not see why you would support a site that you do not care about and only use it for the entertainment purpose.

I generally take Neil with a grain of salt, one reason why I didn't frequent the humor forum .I think Neil does maybe have good intentions somewhere in there, but I am no fool.
I still hold my reservations about the infamous SP thread
I also wonder how I would act meeting Neil face to face, after 15 or 20 minutes trying to maintain my composure and what little tact I have. The guy makes me wonder

I have copped some flak for saying Neil was childish a while back. I also received similar PM messages from Neil about the people on this site.

After that I just deleted any message he sent, I didn't bother wasting my time reading his sarcastic, juvenile remarks.

It saddens me that Neil had said that. There are some things I do not like on this site, but the good far out weigh the bad.
I had bought a snake from Neil, thus far, other than the weird shed it seems fine.
I will however re-think buying from him again only because I like to buy from people who not only care about their animals but is considerate to other people.
I believe and hope I am right that fauna does make a difference in ones business. I believe in people (for the most part ) and hope that they also look at the sellers personality as well as the animal.
I am sad that you are so miserable that you can only take comfort in trying to make other that way too.

This is a great site. Very valuable to all of us serious herpers. I have purchased from classifieds on this site. I have learned from this site. I saw who was good and who was bad because of this site. Keep up the great work.

As far as Neil is concerned:
I have called him what he is from the beginning. A thief, cheat, liar and a swindler. I even received a warning for it from you which I have no problem with. I may even get another for this post. But its worth it. I am so glad you have asked him to stay away. He used this site for his own purposes to get his name out there. He can say this site doesn't effect his buisiness but that is a lie. Because of this site he has been able to get his name out there and get people to buy from him even at inflated prices. Its about time this site will be rid of him again. Hopefully this time for good.

Don't you see what Neil is doing? Someone posts a bad experience on him. He will reply a certain way that will get everyone to jump in.....Then at the last second he will miraculously decide to do the right thing....Then in everyonce eyes he is a hero who does the right thing.

Those are not the exact words of what I have recieved a couple of times from different people.
But that is basically the gist.

I will not mention their names...because they can come forward if they want.

But I posted it because I feel they have a good point.

Like Neil has said in the past.

well it has finally happened..(again) i preached about this 2 months ago and nearly got rode out of town by all of the what i called neil clan and now it looks like atleast a few of you have seen the light.i am sure alot of you will still stand by your man but i hope most of you see him for what he really is.don't any of you forget the chitty little pm's and e-mails i got from you defending this scumbag.this includes some of the well known people that are now saying what i said back then and a few days ago.many of you were still trying to defend him as recently as last night in the chat room.i am so glad to see this problem gone.i feel like he has caused way more trouble than he could have ever helped. personaly feel like there is one more problem child on this board and maby he will see what has happened to one of the BIG DAWGS and straighten up.i have said time after time how he stired up the chit then, oops my memory slipped or oops i thought about it and am gonna do the right thing now.he was smooth and to many people let him get away with it.i hope all will learn a lesson from this and before you hit the submit button you will step back and read what you are posting on and think about it.every person who has came to neils defense on so many threads marked themselves off of my to do business with list.no i will not make any of you rich so this is not a big deal but if there are several people who feel the same as i do it can add up.

I will also ad my thoughts after RZ let us in on Neils thoughts.

At first Neil seemed helpful to some, but this was before he got kicked off the first time. In the last few months it seemed that his only comments were rude to say the very least. Then to see him stick up for someone I would consider a low life and talk trash behind our backs to that same person? Thats sad, and I was taught very young that it doesnt take a man to talk behind someone elses back.

Add me to the list of those who are not saddened by the loss of Neil..

One more thing, Neil LMAO!!! its TOO BAD everything has COME TO LIGHT about your thoughts of other members.....And I will miss you...NOT!!!........LOL ...Have fun eating your steak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (probably by yourself)

I am in no way taking up for Neil and have butted heads with him many times in the past, but can't emails be fabricated?
I would like to say that I mean no disrespect to the person who posted the email but it is hard to believe that if Neil truly wrote that mess then he would have been extremely cautious about who he addressed it to.
I am somewhat naive when it comes to the internet so if this has been authenticated then I apologize in advance.

Jackie it was accidentally sent to him .
Neil adimted in his e-mail to me that he should have checked where it was going. Neil was trying to e-mail a certain member of the board (Terry Lilley) but ended up pushing the button on another guys post. Hence he e-maild the wrong guy.

I'm the fellow in question. I have no idea, other than Neil having a bad aim with the mouse. I forwarded the message to Rich, and it wasn't faked.

I've not said much at all about Neil in the past due to his spastic antics, as I figured that his immaturity spoke volumes itself, however I'm not sad to see him go.

If you doubt the authenticity of the e-mail I posted, then note that he doesn't deny having sent it in the message he sent out to his select few board members that he respects.

Bottom line on Neil is that he's a screw up. He doesn't answer direct questions (such as why he shipped the one snake so soon after eating, and why he insists on shipping in extreme weather against his customer's wishes, for two I know I've asked him), instead he goes off on a rampage, then "lets' the board talk him down, in a very transparent attempt at a smokescreen. I'm surprised the tactic has worked so well for so long.

Neil may think the rest of the board are idiots, but in missending that bit of tripe to my inbox, he's outsmarted himself.
