    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Neil Gubitz - An unpleasant perspective

Aren't there 12 jurors in a court trial? Aren't they supposed to be peers? If they convicted someone who comitted a crime, I can see why they could also be referred to "The Dirty Dozen" by the criminal. Likewise, the jury could be considered the 12 "Apostles" by the victims of the crime for getting the criminal off the streets.
 
I have only posted on the BOI a few times because of thread that was used only as a weapon to attack me .There was no thruth to itthere was no proof provided but alot of people jumped on it to attack me.Because who it was that posted the thread I have not posted about this person for that very reason a group aof his follower would attack me like the last time.I do have the proof to show that it all was a lie I have police reports to prove that !I do know from what happen to me That There Are A Few People Who Work As A Group To Attack Anyone They Want To Using This Site AS A Weapon.

This is an out and out lie. I bought two female GG beardeds from him due to this site. It was supposed to be three, but one died before he shipped, and the other two ended up being heavily loaded with coccidia, but the fact is, they were sold because of his participation on this site. That certainly won't be happening again.

I don't know which thread it is about which you are speaking, nor do I recall you having posted here before and having people gang up on you. As far as I can see, your only other post under the name you are using in this thread was inreferrence to a good guy report for "El Frogo" concerning his forgs and tads. Perhaps you could show us where it was that you were unfairly attacked? I would like to help set that straight if it is possible.

However, your assertion, "That There Are A Few People Who Work As A Group To Attack Anyone They Want To Using This Site AS A Weapon" is completely false, unless you are talking about a very specific situation. The situation of which I speak is the occassional fly-by attacks that we see from some individuals who try to make UNSUBSTANTIATED claims against others.

If you were referring to this non-existant "clique" that a few have discussed, I have to say that you simply cannot be more wrong about that. There simply is no such group here on the BOI. Here are some things to consider when trying to figure out why some of us answer situations in similar manners:

1) We all have been on here for quite some time, and we have seen all of these red flags fly over and again. After a while, you really CAN see the shady characters almost from their first post!

2) We all have similar opinions about how this industry/business/hobby ought to handled in referrence to questions of honesty, integrity, and customer service. Does the fact that we basically agree on how to be honest and fair with our customers make us a clique? I don't see it, but maybe you do.

3) I have never seen anyone get hammered for posting factual, substantiated information on anyone that deserved a bad guy report. I have seen slap-shot attempts at smearing someone get pounded into the mud, but that is the rightful course of action, in my veiw, and there are several others that agree with me on that. So, we pound away when someone comes on here lying, cheating, and stealing from others.

4) Finally, I can only promise you this. I have never gotten together with any other member of this board and determined what I was going to write or how I was going to respond on ANY subject! That just never happens. I have only met Rich Z., Kathy Love (and she rarely posts here), and Evan Stahl face to face. I think I've only seen pictures of Ritchie and Neil. The VAST majority of people here are "strangers" to me except through the internet, and I would not know them from . . .er . . . Adam, if I ever saw them.

I know that you may not believe any of what I'm saying here, but the one thing that I am known for is this: I simply do not lie to people. I am telling you in all honesty and sincerity, if there is a clique, I am not involved. As big a nosy, busy-body as I am, you better believe I would know about it if it existed!

I hope that this helps, and I really would like to help you out if you were unfairly treated in another thread. Let me know what I can do to clear that up for you, OK?

I do not know any of these people either, but I watch a lot of these threads closely, and if I had to pick a person that would help you it would have to be Darin.
I have seen too many other stick up for another and if you have bought, sold, or know someone here you are not slammed as hard. That is very obvious from what I see.
I have never seen Darin play like that though.
Just my opinion.

Check around on the old BOI from around Feb of 02 you will find a thread that got alot of post on it by one member whos threads always do. I do not want to bring it back from the dead I was just just posting what I feel after reading on this post about how a few people will agree on how to do business but they do not go after people with out proof.As far as me posting on here I said I have only post a few times I only post about people I know & have done business with.Now back to having relevent info if you mean the police reports I could send them to someone that everyone on here trust ( like the webslave)they could read them & decide if he wants to post them or not .I have tried to post them before but I could not get them to go through . I tried to cut & paste them into a message way back then but they would not go through.I also did only say a few people so please do not get offended by the post

I promised myself in the days of the Old BOI never to buy anything from Neil, because of the way he treated people. I'm glad I did.

The problem with the post that you're refering to Richard, is that your other half did far more damage to your reputation than anyone else could have with her deceit and threats of lawsuits against this site.
 
It was brought to my attention that Neil does not and has not imported animals. I'm sorry for the mistake. However that still doesn't excuse Neil for calling most of us Idiots and I would still like to no how many animals he has produced himself.

After having read all 17 pages of that mess, I want to first express a public sigh of relief that I was not involved in it in any way! It must have slipped through the cracks for me when the servers were being switched, or something.

Any way, I'm afraid I would not know how to help you, Sir. Self-inflicted wounds are very difficult to heal, and it seems as though you and your cohorts did a fine job on your own reputations. T

here is absolutely no love lost between Dave Lawson and myself (as Dave will be quick to tell you, I am certain), but he made some accusations against you, which had limited proof to support them. You did not respond first hand, from what I could decipher, but several people posted in your defense, saying all sorts of things about Dave with little or no substantiation. The sad thing for you is, what little proof WAS submitted was offered by those who posted under aliases and never gave their actual names. As such, those posts bear no weight on the BOI whatsoever. The WebSlave would have likely deleted them all, but then the thread would have made no sense at all, with Dave lawson arguing against the wind.

As to you, your wife/girl friend, Lori Streeter, Dale Sargeant, or any of the others that failed to offer their actual names, I have no knowledge of any of you except from what I have read on this thread and the one to which you directed me. That being said, I am not impressed by innuendo coming repeatedly from unnamed sources under the cover of multiple screen names. You say Dave Lawson is untrustworthy? You would not be the first, but you need to post proof on him just like anyone else, and you need to use your ACTUAL name in the post, just like everyone else!

As I understand it, Neil Gubitz is a re-seller fullstop. He is there for the $$$$ with no regard for the welfare of the animals involved.



Due to his severe reluctance to refund for sick animals including ones shipped against a buyers wishes in freezing conditions, it should of already been apparant to all that Neil is there for dollar only!
