Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Neil Gubitz-Good guy and easy to deal with

Dave,
Taking pictures with a decent camera should cut down on most of the missrepresentation though. If you can see the animals in the pictures, you don't have to read all the "icing".

Good cameras can backfire as well....

I just saw one of Neil's ads for an albino female boa that is just under 6 feet long. There is a 6 inch ruler in front of this snake for size reference. My guess is that snake is maybe a tad over 4 feet long. Also, I believe that coral albinos have red/orange throughout their body? There is another ad with "coral albinos and they are patternless also". Is it really necessary to OVERHYPE advertisements. Why not say what they are and let the photos do the talking? Derek

Below is a picture (reproduced with express permission of Pete Kahl) of what a coral albino looks like.

Regards.

Daniel.... I've got to admit, that is one of the nicest Corals I've ever seen.... and I'll be the first to admit the one's I'm selling don't have anywhere near that kind of color.... but, never-the-less.... they are Corals.... I'm also sure that Pete wouldn't sell that particular one for anywhere NEAR the $4000 ($8K for the pair) I'm selling my pair for.... it's like anything else, the more color, the more money.... I'd be very interested to know what he has that one up for??.... If he's even selling it at all??

Neil

OK, I'm going to give you that they might be not good looking coral albinos. In reality if that's what a coral albino looks like as a sub-adult/adult I have no idea why will people buy one of those for a premium. Maybe Chuck Tornetta who frequents the BOI and sells coral albinos, can enlighten us on what he thinks about that pair. Believe me, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here. They were maybe "sold" to you as coral albinos. Now, if that's what coral albinos look as adults, I don't see why anyone will pay double for the babies over a regular albino. Who produced the coral albinos you have for sale? Can he verify they are coral albinos or he gave them to you as such?

Best regards.

It does seem a bit odd to me that they are being sold as coral albinos, by someone who usually has outrageous prices (not that there is anything wrong with that if you can get it), for just a tad over the price of plain jane adult albinos. Coral albino babies go for about 3k, so something just doesnt seem right about this. They are either a)not coral, b) something that someone is trying to dump quickly for whatever reason, or c) Neil is just an insanely nice guy trying to hook up the avergae joe that cant afford something as high end as coral albino adults, but can afford a normal adult albino.

One other thing

0.1, cb-late-02, LEMPKE-LINE *TRUE* PASTEL BOA! VERY CLEAN! 4.5-5'! $1999 SHIPPED! *PIC*!

As long as we are in the topic of boas let's honor the name of the person, the late Lloyd Lemke.

Regards.

Daniel.... Ooops, thanks for the correct spelling of Lloyd LEMKE's name.... I'll change that the next time the ad expires....

As for the Corals.... it's not hard to confuse what I'm selling with regular Albinos considering the "Etch-A-Sketch" I'm using to take the photos.... they were produced by Jeremy Stone who sold them as neonates to Dwight Cameron who sold them a year later to Rich Del Bono (with the receipts to prove it), who I'm now selling them for.... They definitely have coral-coloring all through their bodies, and when I get my new camera in, I'll retake photos of ALL my animals.... you'll see the difference then.... they are just under 5' long so they are NOT babies anymore Davey, and as far as Pete Kahl always says, when you're dealing with Corals, no matter what the parents look like, they have the POSSIBILITY of producing babies that resemble the picture you (Daniel) posted.... they may also produce ugly one's, too.... you just never know.... I think the price I'm selling them for is dirt cheap considering what you COULD produce when they breed in about a year or so....

You guys can be as antagonistic as you want, and you can TRY to start as many flame wars as you want.... you won't get me riled up again because I now know who (and what) I'm dealing with, but good luck trying.... there are also some people that post on my threads that I wouldn't answer a question for unless it came with a court order, they only post to see how far they can inflame me, and how much they can inflate their own egos.... unfortunately for them, it won't happen again.... they're non-entities as far as I'm concerned, and not worth my time in any way, shape or form....

Neil

I find this to be funny, I am friends with the owner of these snakes, he ask me a while ago to move them for him and at the time I said no and about a week ago he ask me again to sell them. He told me what they were and they are 1.4 albino het. for stripe and 0.1 albino het. for snow there was never any mention of them being corals and he would have told me.

Lawson, you wouldn't know the truth if you fell over it.... ALL the 5 females are from the same clutch and they are all 66% het for stripe.... the MALE is 50% het for snow.... I've already SOLD the Male and one of the Females and they were delivered today to one very happy camper.... the CORALS are NOT HIS.... he has Corals that he is NOT selling, these are from Rich's collection (who hasn't spoken to you in over a year).... so you say you're friends with the owner of the Albino's??.... Do you know where he lives??... Have you EVER been to his house??.... He wouldn't let you within 50 MILES of his house....
But, I sure hope to make a showing at the Tampa show on March 13-14.... LYMAN and Julie will be there.... they would just LOVE to say hi to you....

Neil

Gubitz, I will be at the snow and I will have animals for sale there to. as far as Rich goes, yes he and I are friends and no it has not been a year since we spoke or had dealings. If this is Rich's snake then I retract the last post. But I do know what I was told by the owner of the 1.5 albinos, I will check to make sure tomarrow.

Seeing as the following is posted at the bottom of Mr. Cueto's Vendor list on his site - I would almost dare Lawson to show up :D

Exhibitors banned from the show - Dave Lawson, Lawson Reptiles (Florida) suspected of animal theft at show. Writing numerous bad checks to other vendors at the show last March.

1) Julie, I know for a "FACT" that acouple poeple will be very happy to learn that you and Lyman will be in Tampa.

2) I was at the last Tampa show walking around, and had animals for sale there.

3) Tony does have the right to refuse me entry, if he wants, but it seems the that same little quote has gotten him into hot water.

Neil...Did you not read my post? I know that the "corals" are not neonates, and that they are over 5 ft. That is exactly why I dont understand the pricing you have on them. The price is not that much over the price regular albino adults, and coral neos. If they are in fact corals, they could fecth a much higher price. When talking to people about how some corals grow up to look like the one Pete has, and some grow up to be ugly, was it also mentioned that there can be regular albinos in a coral litter? If these animals were sold as newborns, there really wouldn't be a way to tell the corals from the "possible corals" at the time paperwork was written up.

Davey.... Obviously, you didn't read MY post.... I said that if you BREED ugly Corals together, there is the POSSIBILITY of producing gorgeous ones, and ugly one's all in the same litter.... you just never know....

So first you tell me that my prices are sky high, and now you're telling me that I'm not charging enough.... make up your mind.... I think the prices I charge for what the animals are.... are VERY inexpensive compared to a retail store.... not to mention the fact that I can charge whatever I want for any animal I want.... they're only worth what somebody is willing to pay for them.... if you want to buy from the bottom of the barrel, that's your prerogative, I like dealing from the top of the deck if you don't mind??.... Please tell me I have your permission???

Neil

I didn't jump on you for selling high priced animals, as I agree that an animal is worth whatever someone will pay fo it. More power to you man. What I do not understand is why you are selling coral albino adults for way less than they are worth if they are in fact corals. I am not one to say what someone should charge. That is between the seller and the buyer. However, your prices are usually pretty high, and now you are selling high end stuff for pretty cheap. I am not the one who brought up any of the animals you have posted, I am just adding my take on some of them. As I said before, they aren't corals OR there is a reason to sell at a low price to move them quickly, OR you are just being an awesome salesman, selling animals below market value, and should be nominated for man of the year.

if you want to buy from the bottom of the barrel, that's your prerogative

Neil, I have bought from the bottom of the barrel. That is the only reason I have any business posting on this thread.

Davey.... the owner of these animals wants a certain amount for them.... I want to sell them for HIM.... I am not making a killing on selling other people's animals, if I can make a couple of bucks, so be it, but my main goal is to help them sell their animals.... If someone offered me exactly what the seller was asking for them, they would be sold, whether I made a penny or not.... and YES, they ARE Coral Albinos.... I think my price is VERY fair for what they are.... they certainly don't look anything like the one Daniel posted of Pete's, but, I'm also not selling them for $15K each, either.... I dare any of you to find nicer specimens of Coral Albinos for less money.... even the "normal" Albino Females I'm selling for $4K each is a STEAL, because they WILL breed THIS YEAR.... find me anyone that's selling a sub-adult/adult 6' Female Albino for less that $5K.... The Male and one of the Females are already sold and delivered.... the buyer is thrilled, and guess who will get the chance to sell the babies that are produced??.... I've only got 4 Females left (and remember, these are 66% het for stripe Females), and the longer they are NOT sold, the less chance that the owner will WANT to sell them because he will just breed them himself with one of the many Males he's still got.... but it's a win/win situation for me, because I will get the opportunity to sell everything he ever produces, so why do I have to mark these animals way up when I will earn some money no matter which way it goes??

Neil

Gubitz, I think the point that everyone is trying to make here is that judging from the photo that snake does not look like a coral?

Let me ask you this Neil, do "you" even know the traits of a coral?

You have a long history of MIS-representing animals you broker and now charge a super high price now out of left field you have a High end animal and you are selling it dirt cheap, so this brings up the question, why?

1) It is not a "TRUE" coral

2)something is wrong with it

ect.............

UNDERSTAND NOW?????????

I'm in the process now of looking for a new camera for a lot more money than I spent on the one that took these photos (Gateway 5.0)....

Here are some more shots of the 1.1 Patternless Coral Albino Sub-Adults I also took this morning, too....

Whoever eventually buys them, will notice a VAST diffrerence between what's in the photo's and what they see with their own eyes....

That's the best I can do with what I have to work with, if it's not good enough, it will just have to do for now....

Neil

Neil, I was wondering does a patternless coral even exist? I had yet to hear of one being produced..and if they had I would imagine someone would have bragged about it somewhere.. Not saying I would have first hand knowledge of the existance. But ya never know...

Just curious..

Later

Randy , I dont know if you followed any of the other Neil threads, but I follow them pretty closely. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the first pattenless corals were in his hands, and were kept secret until they were 5 ft, almost breedable, and then sold.
He was, after all, the pioneer salesman of the new yellow green anaconda morph, that turned out to be a cross, not a morph, which in turn was later shown that they weren't the first.
Neil, I have a super hypoglycemic boa het for wings....I am only looking to get 400 for it. Care to broker it for me?
