    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

How does someone who continually admits that the animals are not his, and that he is simply selling for someone else keep posting ads on there with no ill effects?
 
THE FACTS ABOUT THE 1.5 ALBINO BOAS

I just got off the phone with the owner of the albino Boas and
here is the breakdown

1.0 66% het. for stripe
0.3 66% het for stripe
0.1 het. for snow.

This is the owners words not mine.

Neil advertised them as the following:

1.0 het. for snow
0.4 66% het. for stipe

Hed admits to selling a pair as:

1.0 het. for snow
0.1 66% het for stripe

So the person that bought that pair just got screwed because what they got was:

1.0 66% het for stripe
0.1 66% het for stripe
No snow in the forecast. , because the owner still has the 0.1 het for snow.

If the person the got this pair from Neil is reading this or if you know the person please have them contact me, the owner said he will talk to them.


As far as the Coral go, Dwright the original owner said that they as babies looked like anyother coral but as they aged they lost thier patterens.

Based on Neil's past history of MIS-reprensenting animals I suggest and Dwirght agrees that before you buy the animals ask for the owners info and contact them to get the truth about the animals or to ask for something in writing as a warrenty as to what the animals are ie. how long, morthology, sex ect.......
Once you are done with the deal and have all the paperwork along with the owners name, make contact with the owner and confirm what they are, If they are not what they were sold as then you have a legal leg to stand on. Dwright said that he would have no trouble with this at all. He has decided to only sell 1 more of the albino boas out of that group a 4 1/2' female and ask me to sell it.

So again, the person that bought the 1.1 DID NOT get what he paid for. So if you know them have them get in touch with me.
 
In my opinion we need to hear this allegations from the breeder hymself. Who is this "mystery" owner of the albinos? Does he have a computer? Does he have access to internet? Does he want to post his opinion here?

If what has just been implied is factual, and if the boas don't produce what they are supposed to, I hope he understands he might be held accountable by the person who bought them.

Alvaro, The owner does not want to get anymore involved with the "BAD MOJO" that is Neil Gubitz, as he said (the actual owner) if the buyer of the 1.1 wants to call him he will tell him personally what the snakes are. I know for a FACT that Gubitz was told what they were and he (Gubitz) took it upon himself to MIS-represent the pair. The owner had nothing to do with it, He (the owner) is a very honest man, the reason he lets Gubitz broker his stuff is beyond me. but he has in the past and today offered his snakes and future offspring to me to sell if I want.

If the buyer get in touch with me I have permission to give him the owners phone #.
 
Knowing the personal problem you have with Neil I'm not ready to take what was posted as an irrefutable fact.

What your saying very well might be true but the he said she said does not work on here and you know it. If the Owner of the snakes has information than they need to post it. You are not an authorized mouthpiece for them on this site and to be quite honest with your past between yourself and Neil I would think that you would not want to tarnish the truth by having anyone think that this is just another poke at Neil. If the things said are true then the owner can post on here very easily. If he does not want to get into the :MOJO" as you put it he is already in it by being party to their sale through Neil.

neil, were those babies corals when they were babies? I know that some of them get ugly and some get better with age. I also know that it is possible to have both corals and non-corals in the same litter. Perhaps you got some of the non-corals by "mistake" and just didn't know it?

I've got to agree with the others about lawson as well. dave you really don't have much credibility at all especially when it comes to neil. Post some facts or find some other site to post your speculations.

Some sort of proof would go a long way here neil. Do you have an invoice or pictures of the same snakes when they were babies? Do you have anyway to prove that those normal looking albinos are corals?
 
Avero and Rob, You are right, Gubitz and me have a long bad past. I only said what the only "SAID TO" about what the snakes that Gubitz sol really were and that I could give the buyer his phone #. That is all.

But don't anyone find it funny that Gubitz DID NOT DENY WHAT I SAID?

Normally he would be saying that it is not true so on and so forth.
 
I'll tell you what I will do, I will call the owner and se if

1) He will let me post his numbers for who wants to call.

2)Ask him to post

3) give me something to post.
 
Wes.... it will be very easy for me to prove once I get the new camera in (in about a week).... they ARE Corals, they have pink hues all over them, especially by their tails.... I'm sure they're not the best looking Corals out there, but they ARE Corals.... even in the lousy picture I posted, if you look closely enough, you CAN see some coral coloration in them....
I don't have to pull the wool over anybody's eyes.... I've never had an animal sent back to me because the customer didn't like the way they looked when they got them.... as a matter of fact, because my pictures suck so badly, my customers are usually thrilled with the way they look in person....
Almost every one of my customers I have dealt with in the last bunch of months, knows about this site and they have read all there is to read about me.... they have no problems dealing with me because they know they will HAVE no problems dealing with me or the animals I sell....
That's why I have no problem in continuing to come here and post here, even when I get bashed all the time.... it doesn't phase me or my past and future customers in the least.... they go by what they have seen first-hand.... not by innuendos, suppositions, inaccuracies, outright lies, false accusations or jealousy.... I have PROVEN results with them, and THAT'S what they care about....
I have the best customer service around.... I ship when I say I'm going to ship, I call when the animal arrives to make sure it got there OK, I answer every phone call I get, I CALL them with the tracking numbers, I send return emails about 3 minutes after I get them (if I'm home), and if I'm not home, they get an answer as soon as I DO get home.... I answer every single question posed to me by anyone, even if they don't plan on buying anything.... that's why I sell as many animals as I do.... if you really think that all these dissenters are having an affect on my business, you're probably correct.... it's making it better!.... so bash away!

Well, I just got off the phone with the owner of the Albino's.... he has decided NOT to sell the three 6 footers, he's going to keep them and breed them himself, and then *I* will ba able to sell the babies.... he IS going to sell the fourth Female (which I don't have on-line yet), which is a four footer and also 66% het stripe.... so, the 3 six-footers are coming OFF-line now....

That is all fine and dandy Gubitz but this is NOT the for sale ads. but HE ALSO SAID THAT *I* COULD SELL THE BABIES, when he told me that he was keeping the bigger females some 2 hours ago.

But what is really important here is what did he tell you about the 1.1 that you lied about?
 
gubitz, if you really want to play the word game how about this word ..... DEAD..... We all know that some of the bad deals you've done did not end up with the animal being sent back to you because the ANIMAL DIED. Try not to hurt yourself too badly when you're patting your back there.

I've got a beautiful albino male that has pink on him too, still doesn't make him a coral. YOU know that. Show some proof. If we took a poll of how many people that have albinos also had albinos with pink I bet most of them would. And almost all of them would STILL NOT BE CORALS.

So, if you want to sell them as corals, perhaps, just maybe, you could provide some proof that they are.

I'm not bashing you here, you know the difference and if you've conveniently forgotten just do a search on our names and you'll see some first hand. If they are corals then all is well but your word alone that they are is simply not good enough.
 
Since when is asking for the truth goading or asking for a fight? Simply prove what you have stated and I'm all done. If you can't then I have to question the validity of your statements ONCE AGAIN.

Any of you took on the offer to call the breeder? If not I will call him but under one condition, that I will be able to release his name. In all honesty I don't know what's the mystery with his identity, but if we want to post proof here his name has to be released. Please let me know if anyone has contacted him already.

Gubitz, I have ask you about what the owner of the Albino Boas told you about MIS-representing his animals and getting him involved with YOUR not so honest method of selling and you keep on avoiding the question.

Gubitz, you know that you lied and now you know you are busted.The next question is, are you willing to take Dwright down with you?

I have had several people wanting his number so that they can come on here and PROVE that you are a liar but I will only give it to a person that this site will not question thier honesty. But sooner or later it will be said and the buyer will be out for your blood!!!
