    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Neil Gubitz-Good guy and easy to deal with

Oh by the way, I want to thank Alvaro for his effort, but I do agree with him as far as there is no longer a need to hear from the owner. With Rob's post he kind of took away any credibility from the owner with all the possibilities, maybes and the I'm not sures. All of these words were never said in my conversations with Dwright about the Boas.
 
I too remember reading that they had papers in the ads. What were the papers for? You can't guarantee an animal that is 50% or 66% het for anything.What good would that be? What was stated in the papers? Seems like all that the papers would guarantee is that they are albino, and you can look at them and see that.
 
Just to fill you in Gubitz, Dwright ASK ME *TODAY* to start setting up shippments from Malaysia for him and said that when his babies come this year if *I* wanted to sell them. I said sure. He said that you have no escluesive to sell his animals.

I did ask him about this whole 30k thing last time you posted it he laughed and said NO and that he has lever bought anything from you.


Now Gubitz I know what Dwright told me today, but let me ask you this, if the owner said he is not sure of the genetics of a animal what gives you the right to? is the 50% to cover your butt?
Because you and I both know it will never prove out, you ripped off that buyer, and you call me a thief.
 
I know this is slightly off topic, and I have done a search for it in the past with no luck...But does anyone have a single (or more) thread proving that Dave Lawson is a liar or a thief?

The reason I am asking is I see him get bashed repeatedly on many different threads he posts on, and I just wanted to be able to read up on the who's and why's. I appreciate it..

My phone call was to get information directly from the source and not second hand. From what Rob said it is obvious the information provided initially was misleading. At least now we know that there is a possibility that the male is het for snow as it is also possible that the females are het for stripe. One way or the other, possibles are a gamble. As for the paperwork, in my opinion it's completely useless when dealing with possibles.

It really cracked me up reading this because their are two possible scenarios and I didn't know which you were referring to. :nuts: You are either being the most honest, straight forward man informing us of exactly who you are, with a very bold statement about yourself, masked in a question...... Or....... You are talking about Dave with that question... A little help is needed here. :firedevil Have you noticed that just about every week you are on here defending yourself against misrepresented animals? Maybe one out of three adds is just not right in some way, shape, or form. Time to reeavluate..

Gubitz, Just to let you know Dwright has invited me to his house many, many times the last time was last week to look at some stuff. I just never get over that way to often. He has also talk to me many times about buting animals that I have the last time several days ago. During every phone conversations he want us (he and I) to start bringing in shipments from over seas together. So it just does not make sense to me that a man that is willing to trust me with tens of thousands of his dollars would say the things about me to you. In all fairness to you I copied your post where you repeated what he said and sometime today I will call him and ask "IF" he said them, If he tells me that he never did then I will ask him to do me a favor.
 
I just got off the phone with Dwright and here is what he told me " That he was selling the snakes as Albinos "ONLY" that he was not sure which is 66% stripe and which is 50% snow that he is not sure if what the buyer got because to him they were only Albinos and if they gave stripe or snow that was just a bonus".

He also said that it seems like every week this stuff with Gubitz comes up and he is getting tired of it, I told him that I was willing to take him (Dwright) up on his offer to sell him surplus of animals.

As far as him ever telling Gubitz that I was not allowed at his home and that other trash that Gubitz posted he (Dwright) said it is not true, I ask him to have Gubitz post a retraction.

He said he told Rob this last night the he was not sure as to what for sure the sankes were that judging by size alone that he *THINKS* IT MAY HAVE BEEN THE 1.1 that the buyer wanted but again he is not sure if it was:

1.0 50% het for snow
or
1.0 66% het for stripe
or
0.1 50% het for snow
or
0.1 66% het for stripe
well you get the idea, the buyer could have gotten 1.1 66% het for stripe he is just not 100% sure of anything but that it was a pair.

so, with what Rob has said and the Dwright I still say that Gubitz MIS-represented the snakes to the buyer and at this point he (Gubitz) is using the 66% and the 50% to cover his butt, face it guys if the owner is not certain as to what the buyer got then how could Gubitz be. Dwright told him that he was not sure of what is what and that there is *NO* paperwork for the snakes.

So the bottom line here is, if the buyer got the animals just because they were albinos then everything is good for him but if he got them for the het snow then, well who knows. Gubitz still sold them as hets. for stripe and snow not knowing at all.

Now if you all don't see something wrong with that, well I don't know.
 
You know what, I got a phone call a bit ago and it really made alot of sense to me the person said " Dave, why do you want to drag yourself down to Neil Gubitz's level? Let him do and say whatever he wants cause everyone knows that he is a liar and a crook. The only people that buy from him are newbies and fools".

So after that call I started thinking about it and you know what they were right coming on here does no good and as Gubitz sats over and over it is free advertisement. We all know that Gubitz is a piece of trash, liar, thief and con-man ect........He stole money from people on the site and hay if you guys can live with it so can I.

I am not saying that I am going to stop posting here or on any thread that Gubitz is in.
 
Neil is a good businessman and person

:) :) I first spoke to Neil after ordering snake enclosures for my husband's christmas gift, from Sal at Enclosures by Design. Neil had to run my credit card for Sal which in the long run was good for me. I was told by Sal that the enclosures would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. Well that was a joke. He called to tell me he was shipping the first enclosure which should arrive before Thanksgiving. Well Thanksgiving came and went. I emailed, and called but no answer from Sal. Therefore, I called Neil. Neil was so great, he stepped up to the plate and made Sal keep in contact with us. Just after Christmas, part of the first enclosure arrived and it was a mess. Parts were missing and damaged. We tried to contact Sal in order to see what was going on with no success. However, Neil was always available and ready to help out. He spoke with Sal several time until we recieved all of our order. Of course the enclosures were in need of a major overhaul but good thing my husband's family has a cabinet shop therefore, he could repair and replace most of the damaged parts. After the 3 month ordeal which almost cause a divorce, Neil was right there helping with compansation for the mess Sal caused. We have bought several snakes from Neil since coming into contact with him and he is very honest. His animals come clean and within a day of the order. My husband and Neil have now become snake buddies and talk often. I personally feel that Neil is an upfront guy and would recommend him to anyone wanting or needing a reptile, jewlry or even advice. gubitz, I would STILL like to see this supposed authorization you got from your credit card company to run another business' transactions through your companies terminal.

How is it that you are the ONLY person who has ever been given this permission?

Stephan I'm glad you've had good experiances with gubitz. He does it just often enough to keep people guessing just what the problem with him is. He obviously knows how.

Then again maybe since it was his terminal that was used he was ACTUALLY responsible to see to it that you got reimbursed or he could have gotten into some serious trouble. How about it gubitz, is this the truth? Does your credit card company REALLY know you've been running other peoples business transactions through you companies?

If i had to do that much fixing on cages iwould have built them yourself if you had a cabinet background in the family or atleaset been asking ofr monies back ... no need to pay for something then have to rebuild when it comes in late , missing parts & damaged???

If you prove that Neil is lying about this, what do you hope to gain from it? Those who are willing to realize that Neil WILL lie to you when it suits him to do so are not going to be more convinced of that fact, and those who are willing to overlook his predilictions are not going to be impressed.

Really, Wes, maybe you ought to just chalk Neil up as one of the "mysteries of the universe," and be done with him. Anyone that does business with him now, is either not reading this site (in which case your posts do not help), or has decided to take the risk, and they are on their own.

If you do have permission from your credit card company to run other peoples' business transactions through your operation (which does seem HIGHLY IMPROBABLE, by the way!), why not just post that proof and be done with this? Wes, dogged defender of the unsuspecting and complacent that he is, is not likely to drop this with you, in spite of my pleadings above.

So, why don't you put this to bed by posting the proof, saying you misspoke, saying you forgot, or just saying you lied to make it easier on Stephen. Any of those would be fine with me, and I am sure Wes will be staisfied with any of that as well.
 
You're right Darin, as usual. You're not even the first to have mentioned this to me. The thing is, gubitz took it not only personal with me but took advantage of someone I consider a freind a couple of times. Not just once. That really really irritated me. You should see some of the emails he's sent. Some of them I've posted on various threads we've been involved in and some I've just deleted. Sometimes my playground analogy is apt for me as well but I really dislike this guy and the way he conducts himself.

What does one do with a weasle that won't leave the henhouse alone?

I guess I'll leave it alone until his next mistake. That should give us a week or two.

Well, Darin.... I just like to see Wes squirm.... I DO have the letter, and in a couple of days, I WILL post it.... I just want to hear the snivelling little baby cry some more about me being a liar and all.... I get a big kick out of it.... it shows people just what kind of "person" he is.... lol

In a couple of days (whenever I decide to do it) I WILL post the letter, and then I can't wait to see his reaction.... LMAO
