    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

gubitz, my reaction to calling a well known liar a liar will be nothing great. You as a person suck. Your morals and ethics are well below standards acceptable by most as well.

Show your proof. Make sure it has contact information so that it can be verified. No verification will render is so much toilet paper.

I don't recall ever squirming about anything you've done to me. I did get a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach when you sent that uromastix to the kid, you know the one that died the next day and was a replacement for the snake you sent that died. That was well done gubitz.

So when you doctor up your paper post it, by all means. Just rest assured that I'll be wanting to verify its authenticity.

will this proof be from the time of the trasactions ? or will it be something that is dated from within two week or so when this all came about ?

Seriously not dogging or prodding but just curious to know wether or not it would be verifiable proof from the transactions that were done or something that say now it was ok to do ?

I also find it interesting that you have stated both that you have gotten "permission each and every time" you've run someone else's business through your account and that you have "the", as in one, letter to prove it. Did you misword what you meant to say. Shouldn't that be you have a letter for EACH and every time you've run someone elses charge through your business for them?

Do you have the proof you say you do? Are you still aiding and abetting as well as harboring a known criminal? I can't make the questions any simpler than that so I am hopeful that even you will see them and understand them, and maybe, just maybe, answer them honestly and completely. Of course I'd like to see pigs with wings and able to fly as well.

I'm sure the Boca reptiles incident runs a lot deeper then what has been exposed already.

Sal only went and applied for a licence when he got caught out. Had animal listings on KS that were illegal and he had to remove them. Neil tried hiding his identity, but that didn't work either. The whole thing reeks!

Merchant Services Letter

Ok.... I guess I've made you guys wait long enough.... below is the letter I got from my Merchant Services company (check the date)....

I didn't mean to imply, however, (if I even did) that they would let me do this from now on.... they only allowed the $2500 transaction to go through this ONE TIME ONLY, and I was NEVER to do it again (which I won't).... but, they DID allow it to go through (LEGALLY)!!....

As for Sal at Boca Reptiles, he owed me $1800!!.... Would ANY of you divulge info on him if it would piss him off and then NOT pay you what he owed you??.... You know darn well you wouldn't!!.... HE HAS SINCE PAID ME BACK IN FULL!!.... You all know where he is now, so I don't have to say another word on that subject....

I don't recall the original statement made by Neil. I looked for it and could not find it, but I am certain someone else (?) will have it up for inspection before too long.

Nevertheless, that is NOT a letter giving you permission to run another business' transaction through your account, Neil! What that is, is that you got caught factoring on your machine once, and they told you never to do it again, threatening you with the consequences if you do not knock it off! There's a HUGE difference, as I'm sure you realize, since you're not stupid.

When the initial question about how you ran Sal's money through your machine came up, WHY didn't you just tell the truth and say you did something you should not have done, you got your hands slapped, and now you know not to do it again? Why do you have to say something that is just simply not true, when the truth would have been JUST as efficient and FAR more believeable?!?

The fact of the amtter is that I could not care less what you do, Neil. Many others here feel the same way. But it just makes my skin crawl to know that there are some who think you won't lie to them in a deal, because you're such a "good guy!" From this very evidence that you have posted, it appears obvious to me that you will lie to us all, even when the truth would suit you better. That borders on pathological, Neil ... it really does.
 
Well, neil "The Liar" and man does that ever fit now gubitz, thanks for posting that letter. I don't know about some of the rest of you but some of us "little girls" feel vindicated now in the pursuit of this guy and his continual lying.

Just so you know gubitz, some of us would have put salito's information out there regardless of whether or not he owed us money. But it's nice to know that you always and only look out for #1 and that for you it is always neil "The Liar" gubitz.

You are an excellant of all the things that honorable people DO NOT want to be at all.

Unlike the guy in Les Miserables, you have NO redeeming character that I can see and if some see me in the role of that poor inspector so be it.

Do things right and honorably and you'll hear precious little from me gubitz, continue as you have and I don't see much reason for change.

Jerry, I am not "threadstalking" but I don't like to see a bad guy get away with crimes which gubitz has done and is conitnually trying to do. I have defended him as well as brought to light his lying cheating ways, remember that next time you comment on me. It is not a one way street. Even neil "The Liar" gubitz deserves to be treated fairly and while I may have been tenacious I have not been unfair. If he hasn't asked for everything he's gotten I don't know anyone who has.

Neil, I have never posted anything negative about you in the past, and Im not about to start today. I just have a couple of questions. First of all, you said you were going to post proof that the cc company gave you permission to run the card for Sal. This letter is NOT proof of that as has already been mentioned.

I thought you helped Sal because he was a friend. Now it is because he owed you money. My question is why you would pay out thousands of dollars to help your "friend" and then come here and post that it was because he owed you $1800.

I think the letter shows to all that Neil did do some rather inappropriate business which means he did not have permission, even though he said he did... which turns out to be a lie.

And like I said in a previous post... this whole Boca incident REEKS!! to say the least.
