    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Another thing, what can Nicole even provide in a police report? I can pretty much guarentee she didn't record the call, and if the threats were made over the phone then they're wouldn't be any proof.

The police wouldn't even bother looking into something like this, it's pretty much just She said he said kinda of nonsense.

Ed is on some type of mission to make Justin look bad, anyone can redirect an argument to make yourself look less guilty. Ed, instead of pointing fingers at Justin, why don't you do something usefull and provide some facts, and back up Nicoles statements. If your here to argue for Nicole, then explain to us why her emails are so contradicting.

Pointing fingers at Justin, and redirected any type of critisism towards him, is not gonna make us feel better about dealing with Nicole. I don't care about what Justin may or may not have done, back up the statements you have provided for Nicole, and explain to us why she's innocent, and not why Justin should be guilty.

My spouse also had a account with fauna her name happens to be Nicole lol. That's why it was cole09. As far as the other account she did create another account I did speak with her about that. So no one was trying to bypass.

Not that it matters but Ed states I created Cole09 to bypass the system however the account was made on Dec. 10, 2009 here is my proof.

Fauna states to use your full name which her is Sarah Nicole but she goes by Nicole so to use Nicole alone would not be using your full name. :rolleyes:

I didn't start the bad guy thread until Dec. 11, 2009

Doesn't matter when it was created, it was used to bypass your ban, you can not post with any accts once you are banned.

I think he gets the point of posting on a diff account being against the rules, Sarah's account was banned after all. Being banned in itself makes it obvious that it was wrong.

If she isn't supposed to talk about it, is it really acceptable for you to do so? For the purpose of this thread, I don't care about any relationship between you and Nicole (real or rumored). A common feeling in BOI threads is that if a person won't come here to tell her own story, we (the members) don't really want to hear it from somebody else. I don't think you've ever stated how you came by any of the information you've posted, either. You seem to have some "inside" knowledge of what has transpired, but the bottom line is you haven't given us anything to really demonstrate that what you've said is fact. At this point, your posts wreak of third party information...and I might as well call it anonymous since you never actually said Nicole told you, you read her emails, you were there when she took the call, whatever. Your posts certainly aren't helping Nicole's case, and, right now, it seems your contributions are more inflammatory than anything else.

I suggest that both of you push yourselves away from the keyboard, and think before you post any more crap in this thread.

Justin isn't obsessing over it. He's trying to defend himself against Ed Clark bringing it up again...and again...and again...

This whole thread is now pointless as one, Ed Clark is NOT the person in question so he really should just shut up about the whole thing. Two, Nichole hasn't responded to this thread, and the only person to respond in her defense has NO proof and sounds rather like a 12 year old caught in a lie trying to get the attention turned elsewhere. Until Nichole, NOT ED, responds with PROOF of anything, I think this thread is pretty much over.

I can also guarantee that by NOT responding and having Ed respond in the manner he has been, she's about to lose a lot of sales. (For the record, if I would never want someone like Ed responding for me...ever. :shootfoot)
 
one thing i do want to point out is that Nicole was reading this thread last night she could have responded but didnt just shows how much she cares about her reputation!!

On the whole "Justin trying to defend himself" note, very true. Who wouldn't want to defend themselves when pressured endlessly by a third party person with no proof of the "original" matter of this post?

I've actually considered doing business with Nicole in the past but now, after seeing this thread, I'm not going to give it the time of day until Ed stops trying to hopelessly defend her and I see proof on her side(And it seems like there isn't any proof to begin with seeming as the so called "threat" was done over the phone).

It really does make both of them look bad, everyone sees it and lots of people have commented on it.

So best of luck to you Nicole, Ed and Justin, I hope this is cleared up for all of your sakes.
