Ed, I am curious about something. On your Bad Guy Thread (the most recent one), you state that Nicole has a copy of the breeding contract. In that contract, you stated it reads that Nicole was to return Prince.

Now you tried to pay her 150.00 to return him when you have a contract? Makes no sense. I know you'd never pony up cash if there really was a contract, so why pay the 150.00?

I guess she is backing out of yet another deal she made with me. the offer was made here on the BOI, she will deny the offer like all the other deals with me I guess? I'm trying hard to resolve things with her.

I've seen she posted a cost but $150.00 was for boarding then there was other cost for meds etc. I don't know if it's in this thread or in one of your other bad guy threads, can you provide a link?

Ed, my first Photoshop edition was 5.0 and although it was set up with graphics in mind more so than photography, anyone with a little time can still do almost anything they can do with the later editions. The later additions are just more user friendly in regards to photo manipulation. The most commonly used manipulations to make animals more colorful, like saturation, were just as easy to find on 5.0 as they are on cs.

That said I don't recall seeing any of your photos that looked off. And until complaints come in that animals are more colorful in pictures I don't see how your use of Photoshop is any different than any other crop, contrast, and sharpen software. I have no problems on using Photoshop to accurately depict an animal but it's use needs to be limited to manipulations that do not enhance an animals colors or other selling points.

The main thing that made me pay $99.00 for that pic program was to be able to post a clear pics so that anyone could see what the animal actually is. most pics that look good have been edited in some way. I had a newspaper photographer show me how to take good pics, he showed me how to edit pics like the pics of his in the news paper. something so small as lightening up the background makes a dark pic look much better, even tho nothing has been changed but a lil background light.I do not have the photoshop program just this small elements 5.0 that really is wonderful.all you do is enlarge and crop.

It makes alot of sense. I want this resolved...she offered to accept $150.00 to send him back. thats alot cheaper than filling papers in Erie county,N.Y. court then driving up there for a court date. I would rather resolve it quickly and move on.

I'm sorry, but I have a hard time believing that you would swallow your pride. I believe you would go the distance pushing a contract if a valid one existed. Please post the contract.

I don't know about anyone else but if i had a legal document proving my ownership i would at least post it and maybe try to go to court. why settle if you know you are the rightful owner?

Nicole, please go read through those messages yourself. You change your mind and demeanor every five minutes. In order to be in business you must be level headed. You are far from level headed. Every time you snap and curse and yell and stomp it makes you look even less mature and capable of conducting any business.

And I 110% do not buy that Ed edited your pictures. Just because he's an awful person doesn't make you a victim. Your word means absolutely no more than his. If I were you I would drop this and sort out your personal life privately.

Ed please don't use the "honorable thing" line its too hypocritical . if you truly own the animal and Nicole does owe you the $ and you have proof just sue her in small claims court and be done with it . I highly doubt this thread or the other will get anything done.

To answer anyones question about my pics.

I do have a small pic program called photoshop elements 5.0 it is very limited what can be done with it. I use it to enlarge and crop pics so they can be clearly viewed in detail.

I would never post a small dark pic that some do, after all you can not see what they are selling with that type of pics.

Oh horse crap Ed! Software from just about any camera can do the things you use as excuses above for using photoshop.

Here's a great idea Ed, take better pictures and you won't have to edit them.

I just got back home sorry about the delay here are the other 3 Screen shots from my AIM with Ed being a child as usual; I guess I should not expect anything but that.

He is not the rightful owner hence how he grasping to any string he has he actually told me he has made a fake Contract If he did he would burry himself in court as I would be able to counter sue for forging my signature on a document I never saw or had part of. I tried to get him to say he made the fake contract on the AIM but sadly he is not unintelligent enough to put that in writing as he knows I would post it.
