Laura Ed sent me that picture just before I got Prince let me tell you that boy looked nothing like that when he arrived he was skinny, dehydrated and in awful condition. Ed saying he had no choice in the matter is a bunch of B/S. Also that was the only attempt I ever made breeding Prince as the female never took and Prince is clearly not fertile why push a dragon to do something it can not; I also feel his fertility issue stems from the awful conditions Ed kept him in. Prince also has a similar problem a dragon I had years ago did when you try to get him into breeding he can only think about that not food; out of all the males I have had I only ever had two with that issue. It took me a long time to get weight on Prince after he arrived I will not see him wither away to nothing Prince is a Pet not a breeder. The other dragon I had with the same issue I gave to a friend of mine as pet.

Dean you hit it right on the head! I had Ed on multiple Occasions call me about his dragons having "Smelly Loose Poops" asking what would cause this; he even asked me why his dragon was vomitting he dose not know the basics of herp care. Ed won't be getting any copies of any of my vet records on anything including my herps, horses, dogs, or Cat I have nothing to prove to him.

I haven't seen a pair of threads this entertaining since i started to enter the HELL forum

anyways everyone we wont get any answers from either of these too and thats a shame as b4 all this i was thinking about buying some of nicoles dragons , but these threads will only deter people like me from buying from either of these people.

and love how ed keeps demanding from nicole proof and such yet hes failed to provide anyone here with any sort of explanation fro a number of questions asked.

I legally own Prince and unless Ed pays up for all of the medical care the poor dragon needed due to his neglect he can go get lost.

Ed is simply making these claims because he can't handle getting sent packing

Ed Clark has a BOI on him that you can find on the first page of the BOI that will better educate you in his wrong doings.

Well, I would think it's just a tad misleading then, since they aren't breeders. Of course, they're worthy of showing, just not representing them as breeders IMO.

I am 100% certain that her threats to sue are JUST AS VALID as your claims of honesty and integrity. She's definitely no threat to you.

Nicole, since you keep mentioning this, would you be able + willing to post the receipts for the medical care provided? I'm reasonably sure your EMT license doesn't allow you to charge an individual directly for services rendered to a third party - even if that care happened to be under the scope of your license...and I highly doubt that bearded dragons would be covered. Since you are not a vet, you cannot charge people for taking care of their animals; nor can you prescribe and/or dispense medications for them.

I'm not suggesting you didn't provide quality and appropriate care...but I'm just really tired of seeing these threads dragged on and on and on. You want reimbursement for your time and effort - give a reasonable explanation for the amount, and leave the offer on the table. Want to be paid for supplies? Break it down & add it to the time and effort. Medications and medical care? Post the bills and scan the prescription label, or let it go. Then, do what you keep saying you are going to do and stop posting...you can't roll around in the muck without getting it on you. If you want to keep clean & polish your image - step back, wipe yourself off, and walk away.

I think we should all step away from this for the time being. As many have mentioned (and has been proven by this pair of threads), these two seem to thrive on attention, whatever kind they can get. If we don't give it to them, maybe they will work this out (or continue arguing) elsewhere. There really isn't anything any of us can do for these two at this point.

That sounded like a good deal to us both, all she had to do was feed him breed him and keep him healthy. she claimed he was sick, but showed me no tests to prove what she claimed. without my permission she started treating him with whatever she had there. I was not happy with that and told her so.well its 11 months later and she is trying every trick in her bag of tricks to steal him from me. she has said she payed cash, she has said he was a gift, she said send me $150.00 and I will send him back. I sent the $150.00 she asked for then she says she wants $300.00.....today she sends an email saying send $200.00

I am prepared to travel to a court date in Erie County,N.Y.

Ed, maybe thats the best thing to do since you would ACTUALLY have to provide proof there to back up your claims and deal with any possible counter-suits. Personally, I'd love to see what happens in that kangaroo court.

This is a pic Nicole posted in the leatherback discussion thread. she has claimed all along that Prince will never be a breeder and if she could keep him as her pet. I told her he bred before I sent him to her and will breed again after you send him back to me.

All I can think at this point is she has tubs of Prince babies. and that she has lied to me about everything.
