    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yes Medusa was a gift that you gave me right after I gave you a female red translucent that was worth at least 3 times more.

After you pay what you owe I may consider selling Medusa to you.

Deborah I never saw any pictures of my cages posted I have pictures of my set up but Fauna will not allow me to upload attachments I guess the problem is still around I will be more than happy to send you pictures of them by Email.


Male Cages - each cage in the unit of 8 is 4 x 2 x 2 except for the top two which are 3 x 2 x 2

I am sorry..... I can not stand this.... Ok boyfriend girlfriend break up.... There was gifts given and what not and all that other stuff. We are fricken adults. There is more to life then fricken money. You two hate each other we get it..... Most of the time break ups happen that is the way both parties feel.

The I bought this and I bought that and it is worth this much and that much....

All this thread is doing is showing a big fight that should not even be here. Things like this happens everyday.... And guess what some peoples break ups have caused more pain for them then what you guys are going through.... It is just fricken money. Green pieces of paper.......

Nichole...in one breath, you claim that "Prince" is a precious pet that you adore and wouldn't dream of putting back in the horrid conditions at Ed's place....in the next, you ask for a mere $150 for him....which you then immediately refuse when you realize how quickly Ed will jump on that deal. You extorted too low...time to raise the price! Which, of course, you do. You claim to own him outright and that you owe Ed nothing for any other transactions...but you're still willing to sacrifice your integrity in order to extort a few dollars out of Ed for a dragon he clearly wants desperately.

And that contract is an utter joke. You may or may not have some distant relative who is an attorney, but I know without a shred of doubt NO ATTORNEY had ANYTHING to do with the writing of THAT....thing. :rolleyes: Good grief. If you're going to fake a "legally binding" contract, at least go to legal.zoom and copy something remotely realistic looking.

And Mr. Ed...don't you DARE thank me for seeing things from your point of view. You are just as complicit in this ridiculous mess as Nicole. If she truly owes you over a $1000 AND you truly only loaned her Prince....WHY ON EARTH would you then turn around and gladly offer her MORE money for a dragon you already own to a person who already owes you over a thousand dollars???

The two of you are both writing pure fiction that obviously began with some shred of truth because poor Tom DID have the misfortune of selling you dragons, one of which came to be known as Prince. Beyond those facts, you and Nicole have scribbled over the real picture with so many dark lies no one will ever be able to discern the real truth.

Oh you lucked out Ed if you hurry up and get that signed I should be able to ship Wednesday I had to take the day off due to my vet coming out for my horses. No signed and Notarized Contract = No Sale/Shipping I am going to legally protect myself agianst you.

Don't give me that.... If he threatened you and your life was in danger....... Then call the cops... This is classic break up i want to hurt you because you hurt me. If your life was not in danger then guess what.... Face the things you did wrong and deal with them.......... This he did me wrong she did me wrong is just a front!

This is something I expect from High school kids. I will probably get a warning for this and everything...

But you both need to look in the mirror and grow up! Neither of you have proved anything.

I will tell you what happened. You guys hooked up. You two loved each other and sent each other stuff. And now that there is no more "love" You both want everything back that you guys bought each other or together or what ever.

You might want to have her correct the spelling & punctuation errors, and maybe throw in a couple nice big words of legalese to give it a little more uh ... lawyerly appearance.

Ed you have to have the states seal on the contract in order for it to be valid with a neutral party to verify and the notaries signature otherwise IT IS JUST A PIECE OF PAPER! Don't believe me, then go see your lawyer you keep harping that your gonna see! That was told to me by MY LAWYER AND JUDGE in Indiana.
And another thing ED is apologize to Tom because you were trying to ruin his name in your BG thread.

Kevin Eads who is located in Anderson, Indiana. He used to be the prosicuting attorney for Madison County. He I think also used to be a judge, but if not the Judge was Carroll and it was over custody of my husbands kids. Now if you don't mind answering my question why would you like to know?

LOL Well like I said that was what was told to me here in Indiana, so rules might be different I don't know. All I am saying is if you are gonna make up a contract make sure its legal and binding and stop all this madness!
