    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The $150 is sitting on pay pal untouched for easy refund if you do not sign a contract :) it is very simple and grow up only a child says that You want someone unbaised to write the contract then you do it Kimberly

I drew up a contract real fast for the 2 of you to look over. By doing this you can change it around better to fit your situation and demands or use it as if if you both agree on it. This is up to you if you use it or not but this thread has went on way to long.

I Nichole Norton and Ed Clark Agree that Prince will be shipped for $150.00 with no guarantees implied or agreed upon. Furthermore we will cease contact with each other from this day forward and go our separate ways. All money and property between the two of us will be forfeited by signing this contract except for the $150.00 for Prince that we both agree upon.
This is a contract signed by the two of us with no force or coercion involved and we are signing this under our own free will.
 
Adults are on Sand that is scooped out twice daily the sand is changed out on a regular basis. Juvies are on a Shelf Liner that is wiped down every day

Really? Gee, according to your site & care sheet, this is how you keep your dragons, Nicole..

I personally have no problem with tile or shelf liner (that has no glue) cleaned no less than every other day. I have a problem with you contradicting yourself regarding the sand. (I have a screenshot of your site from just a few minutes ago, but there is still a problem with attachements at the moment).

The contract that Wise Reptiles drew up is better, but does not specify what "Prince"actually is. Remember, in a court of law genetics as well as a well-defined description of the "property" could be examined/questioned.
Perhaps best to leave the "contract" to a professional or the parties themselves, lest the "contract" (and it's author) be called upon in a dispute in the future :)

I was trying to help them out with the contract from a different point of view and not the view from 2 people who are in a battle. I could not agree more on it should have Princes genetics as well as he is a bearded dragon. That way it could not be said it was this when it actually was that or vice versa if this ever happens to go to court. A contract should be left to a professional but I do not think either one of them want to pay to have one drawn up. But now they have an idea how an unbiased one looks and can go from there if they wish.
 
Laura your Imature posts are not needed I recently went back to Sand for my adults as they like it :) Trying to dig for any little thing you can to try to cause Drama will not work with me. Ed Clark also keeps his dragons on sand but not only Adults but juvies gona attack him too? Or how about all of the other breeders who also do it?

I tell you whats needed, you two need to stop the crap. give him his damn animal, you have your money. (I will tell you right now nicole keep playing around, if it goes to court i will appear and say the animal was sold by me to ed. What now?) NOW your out your money you got for him. LOL Tom your funny I don't care if you tell someone you sold Ed the dragon everyone knows that then Ed gave it to me thus transfering ownership a gift is a gift my contract is simply protecting me from Ed's scamming we all know how he is he will come up with something like "The Dragon Died" "The Dragon is sick" "I never got the Dragon" or one of his many other scams. Ed has nothing to take me to court with there where no contracts of any type signed there where no invoices of any type as the only thing I ever bought from him was paid in cash Ed has no legal leg to stand on. And if Ed did what he said and made a contract and put my signature on it he will spend a long time in jail as it will be a Federal Case.

The contract is fair and well worded
 
Anyways it is very simple all Ed Clark has to do is sign his name on the contract and I sign mine I sell Prince to him and it is all over but Ed Clark seems to want to drag things on and throw a tantrum to try to get his way.

I will put myself at no further risk of Ed Clark trying to scam me like he has many other people I am not stupid and will give him no opportunities to wrong me more than he already has.



So Ed I emailed you a copy of it Sign the contract and Email it back to me this will all be over with; the contract is harmless to you unless it is foiling your plans to scam me what do you have to lose? Nothing I will keep an eye out for the signed contract
