Nicole - at what point did you decide to throw this "contact" into the bargain? I've seen you post several "offers" about sending Prince back to Ed, and you keep backing out and/or changing the terms. Was this "contract" something you came up with AFTER Ed paid?

Exactly my thoughts, although more eloquently stated than I could do. I'm interested in bearded dragons, and even if the who stole/scammed/sold/gifted whatever wasn't in play, the way they're both acting is enough to make me steer clear of any ads they may put up. No matter what they're selling.

Is it really worth it to further ruin your reputation over Ed? Is he really worth it? You say you want to turn over a new leaf, but all you're showing us is that you're petty and vindictive - and above all you won't honor your own terms. Like Harald said, how many times have you changed what you want, then when Ed gives it you tell him no then tell him you want something else?

Yes, Harald, it would appear that way. And I believe it's the second time he's paid - she reversed the first $150 he paid, then she wanted $200, recanted and wanted $230.

There is nothing "legal" about that paragraph of nothingness you keep calling a "contract" (no offense to WiseReptiles for trying to help out). It is something that gives YOU a sense of power, and YOU holding it over Ed's head makes you feel good about yourself. It's really pretty transparent to an outside observer. You're enjoying this. The rest of us, fortunately, are not... I'd hate to think that we would do anything that might make you think this is beneficial (or even rational) behavior from a grown woman.

I run my own company, that paragraph of nothingness (I'm going to just call it the "PON" hereafter) will not protect you in court, it won't even hold up in court. A judge will read it and hate his life because he had to deal with the likes of you that day. That PON is a mockery of contract law and our legal system, and you keep using the word "legal" as if you have any idea what you're talking about. If I sent my clients contracts like that, they'd laugh in my face and ask me if I rented my lawyer at a temp agency. That is ludicrous that you're calling that "legal protection".

It's a power trip, plain and simple... it's so painfully obvious to everyone reading that you two spent a miserable relationship together trying to out-manipulate the other, and now you're doing your best to get the manipulative equivalent of "the last word".

You're a grown woman. Do you understand that? An adult. Adults don't act like this. Correction: adults like Ed Clark act like this. For those who supported me behind the scenes and on here Thank you I appreciate it for those who did not that is your own decission I hold nothing over you and have no hard feelings towards anyone here (Minus 3-4 people who got out of control and made uncalled for personal attacks). I have taken a lot of things away from this thread that will hopefully be of help in the future (for those who like to take pot shots I took nothing you would consider bad or what not away from this thread) .

Well I thought this was over with but Ed Clark decided to go back on what he said he also now claims I owe him $2,1000.00 he can't keep his story strait if his life depended on it. As of Today (May 6th 2010) I have filed an Aggravated Harassment Complaint Against Ed Clark if Ed Clark Attempts to contact me for any reason by any form I can take proof of attempted contact to the Erie County Sheriff and the Complaint will be turned into a Warnt for Ed Clarks Arrest the only down side is it is a Misdemeanor Warnt so he can not be extradited from NJ but if he was to come into NY He would be arrested and put in jail until he was seen by a judge for sentencing.

I have sold Prince to Ed and he will be sent back next week on my first day off; I am doing this as I do not want to deal with him another second of my life it is no longer worth it. By sending the pay pal payment Ed Clark has forfeited all claims to supposed Owed Money; Ed Clark admitted on the phone he has no Invoices or Contracts of any sort and never did he was bluffing and trying to cause trouble for me.

I feel this needed to be posted so everyone knows what I had to do to get Ed Clark to leave me alone and so everyone is aware that a warnt may be placed for his arrest if he dose not stop contacting me.


This hopefully is the official end of this thread

Um did Ed agree that by sending you payment for prince and you then sending prince that you no longer owed him any money? If not than that lil tidbit you wrote in red means nothing. I love how you keep trying to sound like you have any more of a leg to stand on than ed does when in reality this is nothing more than a he said she said battle that is just waisting bandwidth. Everyone knows both of you are bad people due to all the skeletons that have been exposed in these threads. One thing I do know is that there is no way I will ever do business with either party involved.
