I am just curious...why do YOU think she waited a month to say "hey,I have been partying and just noticed my child has been missing for a month"?

I have said many times in this thread that I think she did it or she knows who did..That doesn't change the fact that she was found not guilty.

They didn't even charge her with "being a bad parent" (ie. child abuse). He has an opinion! Just like everyone else on this thread! Him regurgitating the same BS line isn't going to change the opinion of the masses. This is a heated topic. If anyone can't accept the fact that the masses don't agree that their was "no evidence" and they let a parent responsible for their child's death (whether premeditated murder or irresponsibility) walk without punishment, then they're going to have to live with the backlash. Yes, I am being tonight because I'm aggravated with one of my contractors (completely unrelated) and as a parent who just witnessed their two year old child have a seizure, I'm disgusted with how this woman is responsible for their child's death and went about life like nothing happened. I was completely and utterly in a panic Wednesday night and I never once thought about anything but my son. I couldn't imagine knowing my child was hurt or dead and doing nothing about it. This whole Casey Anthony trial has me disgusted with people in general, let alone the individuals involved with deciding her guilt on the different indictments.

Ridiculous to you maybe. I don't see the difference between killing the child in the womb and killing it outside the womb.

I could argue that moving the abortion procedure from the back alleys and damp motels into a hospital, and the fact that the guy or gal with the coat hanger and shop vac has a medical degree of some kind, does not change the fact that it is the legal performance of a murder... but I won't.

As far as the circumstances of the case go, or the age of the child murdered, I don't see how that is relevant. Murder is murder.

Would it be different had she humanely euthanized her child (which one could argue that she did, to the best of her abilities, given the fact that there is no medical assistance available for homicide / suicide after the crown of the head exits the birth canal.)
Would it have been worse if the 2 year old had been 3, or better had the child been 1 ?

I was actually waiting for someone to argue that abortion is legal.
My answer to that would have been, "and made legal by the same legal system that decided Casey Anthony is NOT GUILTY... so get over it."

I will break it down for a few people that can't seem to grasp the concept of how a court works. A lack of evidence = a not guilty charge. You can't convict someone on " I know they did it because I have a gut feeling". There was not enough evidence to convict her or guess what??? She would be in prison right now. So one more time.... not enough evidence means what??? NOT GUILTY. The only person that really actually knows if she really KILLED Caylee is Casey. If she did it then I am sure justice will be served one way or another. I am not saying yes she killed her daughter because do I truly know if she did it?? No. Who I am too judge another person?? The trial is over. There is nothing anyone can do about it anymore unless someone gets her on the street but then they will probably end up going to jail so what does that solve?? Nothing.

If someone kills her for "killing" her daughter then they are no better then Casey. It is a sad story but why stress over it? I know people with kids get heated but I don't have any kids so I can't relate with how others are feeling. In the end I am sure some form of Justice will be served.

The difference is that Caylee was not a fetus or an embryo. She was a person that, in my opinion, was murdered, whether she was "humanely euthanized" or not, it makes no difference.

And yes, obviously abortion is still legal in this country. If you had an 11 year old daughter and she was raped by a serial killer, a middle eastern terrorist, or even let's say, her own older brother, would you go ahead and allow your 11 year old to give birth to a child conceived in those circumstances???

At 42 days brain waves are recorded.
At 8 weeks they are generating 100 brain cells per minute, and the heart is completely formed and beating.
At 10 weeks the brain and all of the major organs are formed.
I am sure the majority of abortions are performed long after a brain is developed.
