In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

ok i KNOW i bite my nails and i KNOW it's my shooter

ya i fliped him with both fingers last night.... it really wasnt that bad of a bite just looks ugly.... but see i am the person whom gets bit by everything... russ will be messing around holding a snake and it reaches out and bites me as i am walking by or strikes at me... he could have rat scent on him and they bite me. i had a seven foot female bci decide she was reaady to be put back down so she chomped me on my upper arm.... not a bad bite just a warning. russell's veild cham used to bite me, those damn things hurt... if it has teeth it will bite me

I only have been nibbled by my leos, a few times when they didn't want to be handled, and one by my big male "wild type" when I was hand feeding him. He grabbed me on the side of my thumb next to my nail, and while it hurt he didn't draw blood. I guess my hands are too tough. I did get tagged good by a beardie that we had. He took a nice chunk out of my knuckle, and shortly there after he found a new home.

I have found my females more inclined to bite than my males. My males are all pussy cats I guess.

Robin! I don't see what the problem is!
Thats not a bite! This was from a two day old super giant!
They said cause it was a reptile bite it will grow back!....won't it? It will grow back won't it?.....huh?

Nice effects riverjop lol. If you think a leo bite is anything then youve never been bitten by an adult male water dragon. OWCH. I volunteer at a zoo and help tame reptiles for presentations and stuff, and this one time a green iguana bit one of my friends and she had to go get stitches all over her forearm. It was pretty bad.

haha

Whoever says leo bites can't be bad doesn't know what he's talking about. I was at petsmart the other day looking around and I started talking to a guy who wanted a few questions answered. He asked about the lizards biting and I told him I had only been bitten by my leopard geckos, this other guy walks up and says " leo bites are nothing". Maybe compared to crocs! LOL They hurt though..just depends on how mad the gecko is.

nice picture overton... i *think* it just *might* grow back
LOL
reminds me of a story.. ok listen up
my brother is a manager for a reseraunt chain down here SEVERAL years ago.. he was cutting some frozen fish... with a big band saw looking thing. well you use one square to push the piece through and pull it out the other side farthest from the blade. well one day he is cutting... they came and picked up the fish and he still had some to cut but only had a small piece to push it through, normally this would have been fine. but just as he gets up there close to that band saw the damn thing jerked or jarred or something and it threw his finger in to the blade. it went straight down the middle of his finger his his knuckle and veired off. so he picks yp his finger and gets some ice and goes to the hospital. blah blah after about 6 hours of waiting they finally prep him for surgery to attach.. they had to do some grafts and what not but they got the finger back on.
the first time i saw him after the inciddent i asked to see his finger... so he showed it to me and i told it looked like a girls finger kinda w* ussy and what not... but he said we maybe so but i can pick my nose much better now. gross oh and marcia, thats his dirty sanchez finger

below is a diagram... mind you this man wore a size 13 ring ,it was his pointer finger and now the tip is maybe like an 8 or 9 LOL

oh and just to stay somewhat on topic i got bit on the nose by a kingsnake once

I got bit by my beardie last night and today. didn't hurt at all. he was just very excited while i was hand feeding. the worst bite of all for me though had to be an adult ribbon snake. those big fish catching teeth can draw quite a bit of blood if it's mad and really clamps down
