    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Reality check: when we take our reptiles to the vet we don't ask him/her to take a bath or change his clothes between patients. I have gloves and disinfectants. It isn't a public vet. I know how to take care of sick animals and infected animals. Nobody here knows me or any of my methods.
I know everybody is concerned. Crypto, boid inclusion and all the other crap. I am not a newbe to reptiles, just the internet.

Complete with a bio and some really confusing terms of service that are pretty schizophrenically written (and the sort of contact info she was so furious to see posted here, putting her in danger. She even one-ups Fauna and makes sure all the dangerous internet people she is scared of know her daughters names and ages--- not a good idea, Muff).


Just out of curiousity, Sadistic Muffin, is the live arrival guarantee void and null under certain circumstances, or nonexistant? Your TOS seems to offer conflicting info there.
 
LOL did you read her profile on that one site. She has two kids but claims to be a Virgin. More lies I suppose..
 
She even has a myspace out there...I just think its wrong that she portrays herself as a "breeder" when she clearly states in her blog on her myspace that she just up and out of the blue last summer decided to start breeding leos, because breeding chickens was too hard, the babies kept dying.

I like this bit of her TOS: We reserve the rights to hold shipment depending on extreme weather conditions.
All snakes will not be offered until they have shed and are established feeders.
Every effort is made to portray each animal honestly and fairly. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund, replacement, or credit. If not contacted within 2 hours after you recieve a DOA, with pictures of the shipping materials and the dead animal then a refund is void. Shipping charges & online processing fees are not refundable. We must be notified in advance of any and all returns.
If in the unlikely case a purchessed animal arives dead, please send the package back with the animal in dry ice to insure that it is the animal you purchessed from us. If you refuse to do this then the refund can not be made. In the case of a trade your animal does not arive alive then I am sorry to say that is your lose. We will refund your money for shipping but that is all.



Obviously she was trying to get around her own guarantee by saying the dead snake wasn't hers. Another thing is, she has her own TOS yet she had to start a thread on redtailboa.net asking for advice. :shrug01: :rofl:

Forgot to mention that the trade guarantee, or lack of, sucks. Brian, did you read this TOS befor commencing with the trade?

I have a feeling that she came up with that website in the last couple of days, cause none of the features worked when I went there. She probably had that website built to cover her ass on the deal between her and I. It is funny that all of her stipulations are the things that went wrong between her and I. Another load of BS!

She never mentioned she had a website and with all the BS she throws out there, you would have thought she would have been bragging about it. That is why I came to the conclusion that she just came up with that website.
 
I am going to talk to my brother about coming up with a fruit throwing icon. He is a super computer tech. That is what he does for a living. That way anywhere she goes we can throw fruit at her.

That's good. You'd be screwed if you read it and carried on with the trade. I agree that the way it's worded made me think she was trying to cover her ass because of what happened here.

Judging from how specific it is to the situation at hand, and how sharply her writing/spelling skills decrease when it gets to all the live arrival issues, I think she cut and pasted the previous bits when she made the site, the went back and added in whatever she needed/her rtb buddies said that made it through her selective hearing to cover her buns retroactively.
