    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Look Im a father of three... I have bills to pay as well. Let me just say that my children and my bills come first. If I had bills due I sure as heck would not have spent the three hundred dollars I have saved on a snake. Why should someone understand your line of thinking. Seems kinda childish to me.

I never said that buying the snake I did would set me behind. I was saying I cant send the snakes he sent me back to him right away or else THAT would set me behind. Im not setting myself behind at the point Im trying to keep from that by asking him to wait.



And I have set a time. Next week ( or next Thursday to be exact ) I will have the money and supplies to send the snakes back. But I wish to wait till Monday to send them. Cause I dont want to ship on Thursday. I never ship anything outside of Monday-Wensday.

So Brian agree to all these terms? And You calloing him impatient is using the term loosely. Three weeks this took to get this far is a long time to wait. Your lucky you didn't still someone with zero tolerance for mistakes. I still say you are being selfish and enjoying his snakes while he is stuck with a frozen HOG

My house has 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 2 bed rooms, a kitchen and a storage unit built on the back of the house. There is plenty room. I dont know if you have your calculations right. I have at the momment, most of the snakes I own in my bedroom. The others are in the kitchen. The enclosures for the largest snakes I own (a female which is 4ft long, and no she is not by any means fully grown yet ) is in a 4ft long 50 gallon tank. Above that tank is 2 other tanks. Then in the kitchen is stackable 30 gallon sized enclosures with slideing glass doors. As well as a seperate 30 gallon glass tank were I house the pair of hognoses I own. Everything is neat, and orderly. If you desire pictures I can show you them. I have a tank setting outside at the moment that I am fixing up for the largest of my boas I am getting . the one that has been mentioned repeatedly in this thread here the past few pages. It is not by any means staying outside. Its only out there while I paint the outside of it. The snake wont be here till Tuesday so I feel I have enough time to get that finished tomorrow and get it inside . It will as well be in the kitchen. That enclosure is 8ft long. I can show you pictures of it as well.

Not this upcoming monday. ( I have bills this week.) But on Thursday I will get another paycheck, ( or my husband will to be exact, we consider it our check, since it goes to both of us. We share everything even money ) The following monday. On the 14th . I will ship the snakes that Brian sent me. I have already bought the boxes, and heating pads I needed to ship them with. I can prove this with a post I made on the RTB forums were I was asking for a good place to buy boxes, since the person I use to get them from no longer sells them. And I have a paypal notice showing that I bought heat pads.

I still say you should have saved your money. Your kidding yourself if you think the 300 didn't put you behind. If shipping will put you behind think about how much 300 would have helped. Your entitled to do what you want with your money but you are really a selfish person.
 
think ahead! i haev 300 dollars... i dont need it today! ok, ill spend it! on another animal that needs to be fed and housed.

about about, ill throw it in the savings account, and we will have a "one up" on the grocery bill next week?

not if you know how Im shipping. This time Im sending them via UPS which will cost me around $80 due to the weight of them. I dont like fedex much any more. I recieved some snakes today that I bought a couple weeks back. And the man got out of the truck, and dropped the package on the ground, laughed about it then walked up to me and said "good thing its not breakable." I wanted to scream at him. My jaw was litterly dropped open. UPS may be more expensive then Fedex but its obvious MY fedex people in THIS town (not all fedex people, I think its just mine) obviously dont take care with what they deliver.
 
Thats how we do it. There has been tons of animals I would love to drop the money on but when The kids need shoes and the car needs shocks I can't justify the expense.

Yet you cared enough about them to let them inspect your snake being packed for shipping.. 80 is cheap compared to a bad name.

Well in all theory that would be smart. But as it is. Im a collector/breeder. I seen something I must have and its not like there is thousands of snakes like that one available for what it was being sold for. I jumped on the deal cause it was a good deal. One that I had been looking for. If your hunting for something, and you find what your looking for. Why would you pass it up and say to yourself. Well I guess I better not spend this money. Cause Im going to have to keep it just in case anything horrible happens. People dont usually think that far ahead. You cant say something is going to come up, when you dont know it will. Things change rapidly. I couldnt have guessed that I would need that $300 so quickly. No one can, we aint profits. We cant tell what is in the future unless we are told. I know bills are in the future so I have to use the money Im getting for them this check. With saying that I dont know why there is any more reason to question it. Ive only had to repeat myself over and over and over again. Saying the same thing. Over and over and over again. Cause you cant grasp the fact.

They will do the same thing they always do when I call in a complaint. Say this to me. "Im sorry maam, was your package damaged?" Me: "Well I dont think so, the snakes are still alive.. " Them: "Snakes huh? Well Im sorry to say even if there was something wrong we cant help you, live animals are not garenteed, have a good day, good bye. "
They dont care, trust me Ive tried to argue with them and complain.
