    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Pat Murphy - Krazyklown01- Good Guy!

I spoke with Pat on the phone and I am shipping the snakes back and he said he would make good on the replacement. I will let you know how that goes .And he does seem like a really nice guy,hard to be mad at him.Sorry if I caused a big stink but my wife said I needed to vent some of my frustration and this seemed like the best way .Thanks for your comments .Hopefully we have this all worked out.    Billy Hamby
 
Well here is the latest on Pat Murphy ,I sent his DOAs back at my expense,and Pat confirmed that they were indeed dead.Pat agreed to replace the pair but not with the pair he had on hand.He wanted to get a pair from a buddy of his.Then he contacts me days later saying he would just send me the male that he aready had.And I agreed that this would be ok.Then the next thing I hear Is that the anery kenyan female that I sent him is"the sickest snake he has ever seenwith an upper respiratory infection ,blind in one eye ,shed over the other eye and mouth rot.He has had these snakes for two weeks and just noticed all this.And I even shipped first so he could look them over before the trade.the snake had nothing wrong with it when it was shipped and I can bet it has nothing wrong with it now.Pat had no intention of ever making good on his live arrival guarantee.And as far as his customer relations ,Calling someone a D***HEAD doesnt fall under the guidelines of customer service.So Pat keep up the good work.Looks like you will go far.And if you want to discuss the name calling in person.I have a trip to Orlando planned for the near future. or is that too far for you to ride your bike? I wont be hard to miss ,Im 6'4" tall 260 pounds with a very pissed off look on his face.    Billy  Hamby

Hi everyone,Ok..here we go again..First off Yes the anery has 1 of the worst respitorys ive seen(vet agrees)..Also I did not say it has mouth rot..i said that i think there is a chance it "might"..The mouth does not look right..Yes it is blind..with further inspection by me and my vet..Both anerys have eye caps..the first 1 with the URI has 1 eye cap..the second has 2 eye caps..And the reason i did not notice this right away is bc i Always let them adjust first..well like everyone else i learned from that mistake..Now yes billy i wanted to try and get u a pair of locale specific alterna from a buddy because yes i only have the 1 male..I told you that i would get back to you to let you know if i got the pair of locale specific alterna or i would just give u this male...And no i did not call you a d***head...I called you a Smart alic D***head..Because thats all you were being..you kept making comments again stateing that this is my fault..I never had any intention on replacing the animal,ect.. i have every intention on doing so..But then you said "i dont have time for this crap just forget about it"..I told you that i will make sure this anery is healthy before i send you another animal..Now as for your trip to orlando..Your right that is to far for me to ride my bike..lol..But im sure i could swing driving there..And i am very happy to know how tall,thick and pissed off you are..I am also very pissed off..I Will send you your replacement right after the vet(Dr.Cianciolo) is done with these anerys n iwill include  a statement from the vet stating exactly what was wrong with both anerys..Stop being a smart alic and handle yourself well and actually provide your animals with what they need to shed right and you wouldnt have this problem..maybe you shouldnt have people ship you animals through carriers that you know will leave it on the front porch(should know with your past experience with them)..and maybe look out the window when they are suppose to come..have a nice day..
 
I'm not really involved in this or anything, but a quick question....  Wasn't the box only on the porch for 30 min?  If so, do you expect this guy to just sit there and look out his window for like 5 hrs waiting for a package to arrive???  30 min is nothing!  There is no way that they should have died in that period of time.

First of all, what does the other animals being "sick" have to do w/anything?  And, was this brought up earlier?  Secondly, I dont buy your excuse for "not noticing this right away."  Whether or not you let them adjust has NOTHING to do w/whether or not it has eye caps!  If you didn't notice it, you didn't notice it!  Don't make an excuse.  Post a pic of this "incredibly sick snake."  Another question...  Why are you waiting to ship this snake until this other snake gets better?  You didn't say, "I'm waiting to see if this snake gets better to decide whether or not I'm going to give you a female."  From what I understand (from what you've said), you plan on shipping the female regardless.  So, why not just ship it now and deal w/the snake that you have???  ...But, once again, what does this whole situation have to do w/anything???  You sent him dead snakes....MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!!!!  NOW!!! NO EXCUSES!!  
There's a bunch of other stuff that I was gonna point out...but, I spend too much time on here anyway.

Hi..First of all this isnt a excuse..this is me stateing that i got a incredibally sick snake...posting pics of a snake with a URI will help what??..I doubt u can see the eyecaps because it has black eyes(anery..lol)..I do not know how the snakes died from sitting out there for 30 mins..But that is the only way i can see them dying..The reason i am waiting for this snake to get better is because i would like to make sure it lives..If i dies i send him the body back(just like your wife said billy..i lose a snake u lose a snake...right?)..Now if you(billy) wouldnt have such a attitude about things this would go alot smoother..i know u are mad but apparently u dont understand that SO AM I!..There was not a damn thing wrong with those snakes when they left but that is beside the point at hand..I hate having to sit here and type my a** off trying to defend my self for soemthing that is "not my fault"..You will get your snake..Oh wait wasnt it you that said you dont have time for this crap and to forget it?..If you dont have time for crap then why do you come on here starting more crap???..I told u you would get your snake..Why make more of a fuss???.thanks

Pat....all you would have to do is post a closeup picture of the "inside" of the snake's mouth and a closeup of the eyes....I'm sure we can tell if it's URI (white or pink color) and eyecaps (reflections)?<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> ....Just a thought?? ....Neil
 
I hate to even post again on this, but feel once again I must.  Anytime a dealer resorts to using profanities with a customer it truly shows their amount professionalism or lack of. Pat I was really going to give you the benifit of the doubt about our dealings but after hearing this, my confidence is a little shaken.  Actions speak louder than words in all aspects....

Hi i am friends with pat murphy and i have seen first hand how he takes care of his animals, pat takes very good care of his animals, if they get sick they get treated, he has never had any problems with deals before i have been there when he does trades and when he shipps his snakes all the snakes i have seen have been in perfect health. I was at pats when he shipped the trio of grey bands to lucas denning when they left pats house they were perfectly healthy and active personally i think that the deaths of the grey bands what do to your neglect how do we know they were only outside for only a half an hour? we dont!!! and tryin to make yourself look all big and bad sayin in 6'5 what ever you arent gonna do anything the deal went bad it will get fixed, your anery sand boas are really sick the vet has them right now i was at pats house when she took them. i think that if u werent being such an a$$ about this then there would be no problems bc pat will fix any problems if it is his responsibility. and yes in my opinion you are being an a$$ about the whole situation saying that the only reason pat wants the dead snakes back is so he can sell them again that is a little childish. but thats just my opinion pat is a honest person and he dosnt ripp people off in my book just thought i would share that have a nice night
 
"Live delivery", means recieving the animals alive. I believe that the animals were recieved DOA, so the animals should have been replaced, immediately. The fact that this did not happen is enough for me to make a decision about the people involved.
 
I wasnt going to comment on this, but Pat is giving me a headache.
1st off, Pat, you say it isnt your fault the shipper left it on the porch and that he should of been looking out of the window for the package to arrive,, Oh but it is your fault...  Pat you should of required a signature so the shipper would of rang the doorbell at least,, or if he did and didnt get an answer he would of been required to leave a notice that it was at the office so Billy could of went and picked it up. That not only assures that he got the snake but would also give you insurance that he received the snakes.
Also it was only outside for thirty minutes. I dont think thirty minutes is what caused them to die. You asked him to ship back the bodies and you would replace them, he did that. Now your claiming what he sent you was sick, you didnt claim that when he first sent them to you though, because you said you let them adjust first,, well, looking them over for any illness doesn't really cause them anymore stress then what the shipping has already done, and your ignorant in my opinion if you are going to just put them away without checking them when they first arrive.
I think maybe they arrived healthy and became sick in your care.. and this is just another stall..  You say you arent posting excuses as to why you havent sent it yet,    Ohh but you are,, !!!

You said were going to replace the snake, you are liable to replace it,, you need to shut up and do it already.. If this was a reverse situation and Billy was doing this to you I bet you would be as upset as he is.

Wen....Will wonders never cease! I actually agree with 99% of what you just said....
What concerns me, though... is nobody said if the "front porch" is in direct sun or shade....in direct sun...the snake could have very easily died from heat exhaustion... like if you leave your dog or kid in the car with the windows "cracked", within ten minutes, it will get over 125 degrees in that car!!
Pat...just send the snake back and quit the excuses! ....Neil
 
Maybe packages sent this time of year especially,,  should be shipped with a message that it is temp. sensitive. And needs to be kept from direct sunlight, or from confined hot places.
  Still in my opinion, Pat is still responisble for it, even if it had been left in the direct sunlight. Because he should have shipped it as signature required and it never would of been left.

Pat....don't get me wrong....I'm not accusing you of anything! I KNOW what it's like to be accused of stuff you didn't do....I was just giving a suggestion of how you CAN take the pics that everybody wanted to see??? If you are near my store, and you have a Vet that you use and like....I'm looking for a good "house Vet" for my store....do you think you can get Dr. Cianciola to call me so we can talk???
Pat....you should know by now, that if you ever have a problem with one of your animals, I will ALWAYS try to help if I can??
