    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Well, the thread where Paul got his @$$ handed to him on a silver platter just got deleted. In it I had posted this:

I honestly do not know what is going on in Paul's mind, and I do not really care to. I do not know why he will not tell me his Paypal address or if he even has one. I do think he does like the drama. Of course, that is just my opinion. I really do not feel that this is the proper place for this to be aired out, which is one reason why I brought it where I did. In addition to your numerous lies and half-truths, you have made numerous posts questioning my gender. I do not see how you equate my gender with whatever you are looking for in your "resolution". No matter how this plays out, the fact is that I am a man. But, if I was a woman, would that make me less of a person as you have alluded in your numerous posts?

In closing, this is not an invitation for a dialog here, so please do not take it as such. Guess they didn't care for me telling him to stop taking pics of the heat pack next to a pill bottle and actually take his prozac.

I am assuming he is referring to Wes, and his signature line. I wonder why he thinks Wes is the one that gets people access to the site. Maybe he is confusing Wes with Rich. That's kinda funny. I am sure Wes would think so as well.
 
Why would he even need to respond. His behavior is totally unprofessional, was going to use another word but I couldn't spell it! Anyway, I don't understand why people just can't act like people? *sigh*

Yea, I thought the same thing, I did tell him to get with webslave, and he would be the one to give the pass.

I did read some of his posts on KS, and I don't see how he could make anything look better, but he wanted to know to post here so I told him.
 
I just wanted to drop in and give my 2 cents on this situation. Although nobody ever likes to open a box and have a dead animal in it, James made this as painless as possible. As soon as I got the DOA Albino Boa I called him to let him know and see what he required for a refund. As stated, he asked for a couple pics which I snapped and sent right out and I had my refund by the end of the day. I can certainly understand Paul being upset with the loss of the animal. I was also upset about mine and when I talked to James it was obvious that he was even more upset. There are just better ways to handle ones self. We all take risks when we agree to ship, or receive a shipped animal. Unfortunately, there will be losses. Fortunately there are sellers like James that go out of their way to make things go as smoothly as possible even when there has been a problem. I think it's also important to remember who had the worst day of all. James not only lost 4 animals, but he actually had to pay shipping too and he was still completely polite and professional. Well I guess that's all I have to say. Thanks again James. -Chris

That's just sh%tty luck.If the russian wasnt semi frozen on arrival I would have toned it down a notch.
You claim to have sold thousands of dollars of reptiles yet you had to search for 2 days for heat packs?In the middle of November you had none?Do you only ship to southern states?The fact of the matter is (the snake arrived semi frozen)not dead and cold.Was'nt rigormortis and cold it was semi frozen.
And yes I own up to every word I typed and the message on your answering machine.Maybe it did die in transit from things neither of us could have prevented.But your pack job to cold climates needs serious improvement.The child size candy bar heat pack and the vents will not work .The person who typed in a previous post that the cardboard would have kept the heat in anyway.Well we can put him in a box in my yard and I will even let him have a heating pad.The guys good as dead.
I apologized once and wont do it again.The snake would have been dead regardless of what happened on the plane.
I dont want a refund from you as seeing your name makes me ill.But to prove im not a complete azzhole take the 100 bucks and go to Cabela's,Bass Pro Shop,Gander Mountain and order some 20 hour heat packs.I use them and they work.
Because of my extreme frustration with the whole shipping ordeal,not just this one,I wont be ordering anymore reptiles online.I wont ship anymore reptiles either.
I wont be back to this post and have no desire to harass James.He will be watched closely now.As his desperate crybaby bad buyer scheme drew all the attention to him.Good luck in the future buddy...Paul Yancick.
 
This coming from a 40 year old who idolizes dimebag and thinks 420 in his name will only be recognized by the cool ones (another forum). Grow up mistakes happen. With your attitude I don't think you need to worry about people shipping to you anymore.

Why, would anyone want to watch him? James made things right with everyone that had a problem.
He handled himself professionally and did not blame any of the buyers and took full responsibility.

During theses unfortunate events everyone else managed to respond decently.

I'm 33 and idolize John Lennon. I also really like Ville Valo (I'm sure you have no idea who he is, but you should check out his music sometime). Point is.. what exactly is your point? So what if the guy idolizes an extremely talented musician.

And BTW, while it is obvious that Paul is/did not act in a professional manner when this problem came up, that still does not excuse James. Sorry James, you seem like a really cool guy, and obviously you have a fantastic rosy boa collection (among others I am sure), but c'mon! Using one of those cruddy hand warmers in 18 degree weather is unexcusable, and frankly shows an utter disregard for the safety of the animal(s). Sorry, I call it like I see it James, next time I hope you pack your animals in a professional (and humane) manner, ie. 40 hour heat packs.

You have a well earned reputation here. But I will have to agree with Kelli on this one. Most experienced shippers will not guarantee live arrival when temperatures are below 40. Most experienced and conscientious shippers will not ship under those temperatures as they can’t guarantee the safety of the animals. There was a lot of speculation about oxygen depletion or other causes for the death of the animals. In my opinion they froze to death, period. Having 80% of the animals die in a particular shipment day calls for urgent changes in shipping practices and/or policies. This has nothing to do with what I think of you as a person, I’m just looking here at the outcome.

Well this has been your year James. Aside from all that happened with this shipment I did notice something about all the buyers, only one had to have a fit. Some people are not happy unless they are upset about something. It does seem that the heat packs were not adequate for the job for such cold weather.

I am curious Paul, why would you not want your money refunded? To get so upset over something and then walk away without anything makes me curious. Are you not telling us something? Or are you just so mad that you cannot think straight? You really are not making sense, but then $100 to me is worth getting back.
 
Well I as well idolize John Lenon as well as Jimi Hendrix. The point Kelli is that for a 40 year to flaunt his drug references and drinking prowess is pretty immature. Regardless of what people choose to do with their time (I honestly don't care what people do with their free time for the most part) I would hope to think they would be mature enough to not be glorifying those aspects of life (kind of like a gang member throwing up gang signs and spittin their gang lit). It was also the way Paul responded to James and whether James made a mistake. James admitted he was wrong and was willing to rectify the situation he also pointed out that animals that were not shipped to cold areas died as well.
