What a joke.
WE ruined his business, eveything is
our fault

.
He illegally traded a WC snake to someone.
He shipped it illegally, and I suspect he also violated the Lacy Act. All I did was ask if it was indeed a sidewinder and how was it shipped. He admitted everything himself, and then proceeded to ruin his own reputation, by continually lying, threatening people, and generally being (in my OPINION-Pete) a jerk (to use a mild word).
If any body is being slanderous and libelous, it is now Pete, with the statements he made on that page, and with the accusations, and then the placing of names. Well lurker Pete (and if he has any buddies who jumped over here to check out the situation, you need to check out the other threads he is in, I believe his true character will then be shown to you) I have screen prints of your site, as well as all my posts here and your PM's, so you will find out shortly how big of a mistake you made.
Just to make sure you understand, your accussations and the legal liabilities of posting what you have on your site, you may want to reread my posts. nowhere do I threaten (even veiled) physically or legally, you or your business, all I do is ask if the statements (you admitting you traded, and Adam stating it was a sidewinder) are in fact true.
In addition, look at every single post I have made since joining this site, I have never once "threatened" legal action, for now I am not threatening. Lawyers will be consulted (and most likely retained) ISP's and web hosting site will be notified of your slanderous accusations, and people will be looking into the legalities of your business, particularly liability insurance. Ironically the only address I have on you is the one you had posted for your business, which is now really the only address that matters since you have used your business (website) to make these unfounded accusations.
I can't believe that the other one member

of his Tarantula club, or any current or new members of his website (forums or whatever) would stand behind him or even want to remain associated with that website, if they know his character, which they could find out in a matter of a few minutes reading the associated threads.
