Here's a news flash for you, Phil. The BOI Terms of Service are clearly outlined; posts are not deleted. A court of law would easily see that BOI terms are clearly laid out and your participation, contributions and admissions are voluntary, subject to the rules/regulations set forth in writing and visible to all those who choose to participate.

This is from the OP earlier in the thread...

Only 15-20 were "stolen" from me but the remaining 40 were "stolen" from PayPal. Regardless of the lack of proof I have, there is plenty of evidence that the axolotl were stolen from PayPal as the complete $195 was refunded to Mr. Vena. He ended the deal with 40-60 axolotl and $195.

So if I'm reading it right, Philip got the full refund, plus the animals, so that would mean that he got the animals for free. And he is still complaining and posting veiled threats about "penilites" and such... Seems as though he got what he wanted, except now there's a bad guy thread about him...And rightly so.

Not sure the correct language there with the credit card company hold. If PayPal paid him the extra $165 then he owes that amount to PayPal.

OP, which is it? Did Philip get the full refund, or only a partial? The way you worded 2 different posts is making it hard to understand this.

If Philip did get the full refund, please post the updated Paypal screenshot showing that the full amount was refunded.

I inferred that he had received the whole payment back from his post. After I paid him $30 for the "missing ten," he filed a claim through his credit card company. This is the email I received from paypal.
