    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Ok ... I have to say something now! This web ring of accused theives has to be stopped. They have many more alias's on reptibid then mentioned here. Buying dragons from themselves and even giving themselves feedback then relisting the dragons with doctored or undoctored pictures back up for sale under the original name or another alias, even if they actually shipped them and no longer own them. Take a look at the following alias's and read their feed back, closed, and open auctions, look closely at there dragons and you can see that it doesn't come close to adding up. If they paid you by charge watch out for chargebacks or a report from them of stolen cards. They get some money from unsuspecting buyers to pay for a few dragons while stealing from others. Don't believe "I'm not associated with so and so line" or he's bi-polar when they are caught dead to rights. Just like a poor magician this group of scammers waves one hand over here while they steal over ther. Sort of an on-line bump (one person bumps you) and grab (while you look at the other person who bumped you the quiet one steal your money). They even play the racist card as a distraction. Remember Mitch's Avatar and see the the below listed alias and e-mail account.

Known used "real"? names Frank Triana, Mitch Triana, Theresa Palm and now maybe the ones Saladragon listed.

You can also do a search on Repti - bid forums bad guy reports and you come up with alot more stuff on this group. Previous jail time etc.
Everyone , Not just Saladragon needs to report these bogus alias's to repti-bid maybe they will finally listen. Also anyone stolen from or that has been harrased or threatened by these people need to do their part to and report it to the local police in Florida. Don't just sit back and expect someone to do it. Lets get rid of these people once and for all.

Jnsreptiles Is Not Affiliated!!!

Ok, I figured it was only a matter of time before my name was brought into this. My name is Jason Smith. I own JNSREPTILES with my wife Shawni. I have said it a couple of times that I am going to change our name. It seems that everyone and their dogs are using something extremely similar to ours. I even emailed Rich... WEBSLAVE... stating this exact same fact and asked him if I can do a post on the BOI stating JNSREPTIELS is now DBA .... once we get our new name finalized and our web site up. Rich can confirm this. We have been confused with JNS Dragons before, but this time, it is on a more serious note. I know nothing about them other than the one time I spoke with Jimmy a few days ago. He seems very friendly, and like a trustworthy guy. He wanted to go ahead and paypal me for the dragon, but I told him to wait and see it in person, then he can make the decision. We do not live but 30 minutes from each other, so buying it in person would be just as easy. We are scheduled to meet in person next week. To add to the drama, I have one bid on one of my auctions by Mayg. This person also bid on another auction we had, then retracted the bid. After bidding on the one they are still the high bidder on, they asked in the Q&A section if I would deliver the animal. If not, they would not be able to afford it. I replied to their question and have yet to hear back from them.

As far as my reputation... There are many WELL respected people on here that can come forth and attest to who I am. I knew that I would get involved in the middle of this because of the similarities of names involved. I think it is about time that I move forward with the name change.

When I found out several days ago that our Boy Mitch was using the name Mayg, I couldn't believe it. He was now impersonating a woman, even signing his name as May.

But then, can't you just see him sitting in front of the computer in his pretty, little lace panties and high heels?

I know, after Mitch sees this, he will wish that I get cancer or something.

Well, I just hope that he gets that soft and lovely, little black teddy that he has been wanting for his birthday!
 
That is what I thought.... which is why apologized in advance and said I thought you were "legit". I was led to believe thru Pms differently and did not see all the stuff that was posting while I wrote my original post. You do have very nice dragons from what I've seen you list. I do believe you when you say you are respected by others. You don't need to prove it to me. I'm sorry that your name got mixed up in this mess.

hey every one as you can tell jnsdragons and jnsreptiles are not the same people even though we live in the same state and he lives 30 min from me but yes i did talk to him and we are meeting so i can look at his dragon so please do not post any thing about him he did no wrong hell i did no wrong and thank you to every one that has apologized to me like i say we are only human well most of us

JNSreptiles Jason and Shawni Smith not involved

I spoke with Jason and he is concerned that his name is being tied up this huge mess.

I would just like to say to Jason and Shawni Smith are individuals that always put the customer's satisfaction ahead of their own personal gain. They run a upstanding business and always make sure the customer is satisfied with their purchases.

I hope this situation gets resolved quickly...there is no place in this business for dishonest business practices, it only hurts everyone.

The BOI is a great place to inform buyers of unethical people but there is not judge or jury so lets make sure that incocent people are not associated and not judged incorrectly.

I think it's been established that Jason and Shawni are also victims and were used and set up by Mitch/Frank to take the fall for them. I'm am glad that JNS were willing to come on here did the right thing by explaining how Mitch tricked them into this mess which helps others to know what to watch out for. Thats not an easy thing to do for that they definately have my respect! They also very clearly showed that they were the good guys buy returning Tere's $255.

The only true bad guys here are Mitch and Frank.
 
Aaarrggg ... Yes you are right ... I knew that....I'm just very upset at myself that I involved either of the two JNS 's when it was clearly the Triana's all along. I let myself fall for Triana's plan to put some of the blame on someone else. Do I feel bad... YOU BET I DO!
ALL of them Jason, Shawni, Jimmy and Shannon are GOOD people conducting honest bussiness's.
 
OK, I am not an email warrior, and I am not the one with all the answers. I prefer that things are out in the open so that the good people of Fauna can judge, and say their say. I will make two points, however: 1) DO NOT send threatening emails to Fauna members, no matter who you are, or what side you think you are on. and 2) Don't threaten people with lawyers, it just makes you look ridiculous when others point out that posting what one gets in an email is perfectly legal.
