    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Pointless pi$$ing contests on the BOI - Bad Guy

Michael - Tried to be very careful NOT to post more than one reply to an individual, I am very aware of my subject matter here. I see this as much more of a discussion, which is what I had hoped to see happen.

I certainly don't feel any ill will towards any of the participants here. Heck, I think two people just found out they have more in common than they do in difference.....which is probably the case with us all......that's a victory in my book.

Due to the structure of your sentence it is a little confusing, but it appears that you are saying that the many people (myself included) in the first few pages who simply posted that we agreed or disagreed with Tom, and included our opinion of why we disagree or agree, and had no accusations or flaming or anything yet we are wrong? yet at the same time actually excuse one of the people (Bringer of Doom) who actually did start a little mini war with Tom. I know Doom apologized, just pointing out why I don't understand your statement.

It would be worth a LOT to me to see every thread here on the BOI come to a satisfactory conclusion to all participants. We are such a small minority in the world, yet many of us will try to get a step up the ladder by stepping on the other guy's head.

No matter how wide the gulf, two people can work out their differences if they both make an honest attempt at doing so.

Please, if you have something PERTINENT to share in a thread, by all means, POST IT. But if you don't have something to offer regarding THE POSTED TOPIC and just want to bash someone you've developed a distaste for, or argued with in ANOTHER thread, good guy, bad guy, or indifferent.....kindly PM it, e-mail it to the individual, or keep it to yourself!

I think the main reason some people bash others is retaliation.....they have nothing concrete evidence-wise to post about them so the childish crap starts. Look at Tim Bowles and Bobby Pruett .....they both ripped me off for more than $3,000.00 combined and since they were both busted for it I have been putting up with their garbage for a very long time now. On the forums these guys have said I am a child predator, gay, stalker, smuggler, felon, they have called me every name in the book, pornographic pictures have been posted with my face photoshopped in them, I have been threatened physically, and many other things too numerous to mention have occured involving the two of them. The result of their actions.....they have been banned from many forums in this community so they can only continue on a forum they seemingly made just for bashing me lol. I think the point I am trying to make is that the people who are doing most of the really bad pointless posting really don't care what others think about them and their goal is to publicly humiliate their victim. So keeping it to themselves is not really an option.
